This experience wasn't that recent so maybe this isn't that helpful, and I'm sure this kind of thing can happen everywhere and maybe the barista was just having a bad day.... But this was some of the rudest, most hostile service I have ever experienced. I know it can be a stressful job (I've been a barista myself) but I was perfectly polite the whole time and do not know where this behavior was coming from.

Once again Aberdeen Starbucks messes up with a dairy allergy. I specifically asked them to not have dairy in my coffee, I saw on the sticker it didn’t say soy like I specified. I had to go back through and get one remade even though the last time I came the manager gave me two gift cards for this very incident. Seriously, the mess ups are getting old. See proof and date on cups for verification. This is the kind of stuff that costs businesses hardship and customers irritation.

This Starbucks is AWFUL. When getting my order from the drive thru at night. I had gotten three drinks. They forgot one of my drinks and made my sugar cookie latte with no pumps of syrup. When going in to correct my order. The man at the drive thru gave me and my friend an uncomfortable smile. And the girl at the counter asked what was wrong. She told me that the reason my drink tasted bad was because it was decaf. But the drink had NO PUMPS of syrup. She wouldn’t listen so I just got my caffeinated. Then when having to tell them the other drink wasn’t given. We had to repeat over and over that we didn’t get our drink. After getting my drinks, I went back to my car and realized the other drink in my car had also been made wrong. If you want good service go to the Belcamp location:)

The consistency of this Starbucks is awful. I rarely get a drink that I think is worth the price. They are always burning the milk in my hot lattes which makes it undrinkable. I have given them many chances and sadly I have only had one solid drink. Today I got a mocha breve, which should be a thick consistency and as you can see here, if you know coffee, the milk is thinned out due to overheating the half and half. My tongue is always getting burned which should not happen as well. Rated 1 star

Great place, even better people!! Just went there about half hour ago, 9-20-25. Got two iced coffees and a hot tea. One of the coffees fell outta the cup holder and spilled everywhere. Went back to get a replacement, they gave me another for free!! Did NOT expect that and it was GREATLY appreciated!!
Bathroom was clean, they were super nice and accommodating. Would definitely return if I lived closer. Was on a trip from NY, stopped for a nitro and and cream on the side and they delivered on everything I asked for without hassle or over charging me like other Starbucks usually do.

Location is nice, and up to date. However, I never have an “in and out” experience here. Always in the drive thru at least 15-20min. Also, they’re usually “out of stock” for my order, so all of the waiting is for nothing.
