I ordered the baha chipotle chicken sub and the chicken was GROSS! Super watery, and it was like the end pieces of deli chicken. They put way too much sauce on it as well. Very nasty threw most of it away; big waste of money.

The female employee you have working there is absolutely nasty to everyone. With a sarcastic smirk on her face the entire time. I've talked to other people, and they've said the same. If it weren't for her, everything would have been perfect. Oh and the male teen who took my order kept yelling HUH at me because he had earbuds in. So professional ?

Lori was amazing !!! She’s so nice and the fact she’s there alone working by herself is awesome! I was there one day when a door dash driver came to get an order Lori let her know nicely she had to show id and this customer went off horribly I felt so bad for her. I didn’t understand why this lady couldn’t just get her license out and call it a day . It was definitely a Karen scene for sure. Lori you rock!!!!!!!! I know I couldn’t work by myself especially when there was 5 people coming in at once also and Lori made those subs like a sub genius. !

Poor customer experience. Arrived prior to 8.30p and we were rushed through the order and didn’t feel welcome to stay to eat our food. Multiple times told that they were closing now. Food prep was wrong and inconsistent with other subway visits. Find other options with employees that understood service.

Lately its been really bad, when we first moved here it was great! But the last like 3 times have been the employees not listening or giving us the correct order. I just got home with what was supposed to be an artisan Italian with turkey, pepperoni, ham, provolone and marinara. The employee even after being asked if they put on the right bread, said that it was the Artisan Italian...I get home its on herb and cheese so they lied to my face saying they put it on the right bread. We've also ordered online and its been awful too, we check when we get home and half the order is messed up.

First off... no more 6 inch wraps and Flatbread???? Bad move. Finally make a decision and the store didn't have footblong pretzel. Poor management and bad corporate decisions. Servers where not friendly at all. They acted like it was an I convenience that we came in.

Unsure if it's the generation or just the mouth breathers they hire, but it's amazing someone can look you in the eye and still mess up an order. The blonde that works in the afternoon may need more training behind a sandwich.

I just had the best experience at this subway super fast and so nice I’m working in the area today I live in NYC. And often eat subway but this by far is the best!
This was my first time at this Subway. I am a delivery driver and decided to go here. I ordered on the app so it would be ready when I arrived. It was not ready. There were 2 high schoolers working and they were chit chatting with friends inside the store. I walk in, it's not ready, they say they will make it right away (they hadn't even started yet). 30 seconds later a customer walks in, they help him and make his sandwhich right away, and stop making mine. They finish with him and go back to mine, another customer comes in, same thing, help them and stop working on mine, the whole time they are still chit chatting with friends who don't work there, just hanging out. My food is finally ready, ordered 2 subs. 1 is supposed to be toasted, the other not toasted, neither were toasted and one of the subs was completely wrong with the toppings (missing 3 of them). NEVER EVER wil I go to this location again. If I was the manager or owner, these 2 punk kids would be fired! HORRIBLE!
