In a world where reporters and friends complain of the horrific state of customer service, there is the gem that is the Aberdeen, MD Taco Bell. The food is exactly as one would expect, but it is the friendliness of the entire staff that sets this place e apart.
You are greeted like you’re an old friend. When food is delivered, there are smiles and joy everywhere. The staff seems to get along, and they extend that to their customers.
This is not a one-off, either. Every single time I come here, it is the same.

Advertised hours say it closes at 2 AM drive there based on that, arrive around 1242am to be told by an automated voice at the drive-through that they’re closed With employees visible inside.

Terry. Hire more of him or clone him! He is the NICEST employee I have ever met in the food industry and literally made the whole dine in experience complete. Without hesitation he welcomed me and asked how my day was going all while cleaning. While I was putting in my order he told me all about the new food and drink specials, going way above and beyond! I wasn’t going to write this review because it would have been disrespectful but after receiving my food and looking through it, The food was COLD, and missing items and when we asked for fresh food the girl with blue hair acted like it was a problem and even after we asked for fresh my Cinnabon delights were HARD as ROCKS, tasted like they were sitting out for hours, don’t recommend going at night
