Poor, very slow service. Food isn't terrible but nothing to write home about. Also, music is so loud from the bar area you can't hear yourself think!

I ate dinner here a few nights ago with my family… I will admit the hostess were very welcoming and nice. Our server on the other hand Austin, was rude and dismissive and he smelt like marijuana. The food was good, but he took a while to check on us… We did see him a few times chatting with an other server when we needed refills on drinks. I don’t know how the mangers would allow their employees to smell like marijuana, any other restaurant I’ve been to I have NEVER had that type of unprofessional behavior.

The kids like this place, but everything here sits so heavy in your stomach.

Underwhelming. My bowl of chili was served luke warm. My wife's crab soup could have been anything but it wasn't crab soup.

I genuinely feel bad for the staff at this Green Turtle. They’re doing their best while management leaves them stranded. This location is right next to the Ripken Experience baseball facility and advertises that they can “handle large groups.” Spoiler: they can’t.

When we arrived, the place was empty. Within 20 minutes it was full — which is not exactly a surprise given the tournament schedule. But apparently it was a complete surprise to management, because the kitchen imploded, the bar had one poor soul running the show, and our server was sprinting around like she was playing shortstop in the majors. We waited over an hour for food that showed up wrong and incomplete.

This is not a staff problem; it’s a leadership problem. Management, stop throwing your employees into the fire without support. Either staff your restaurant for the crowds you know are coming or stop pretending you can accommodate them. We’ve eaten at plenty of Green Turtles, and this one was by far the worst. Corporate and management: do better. Your team deserves it.

I feel so terrible for the staff at this Green Turtle. They are located near the Ripken Experience baseball facility and say they are “able to accommodate” large groups. They’re not equipped to handle any size group. We came in and the restaurant was empty but did fill up quickly after opening ceremonies. Like a similar review, we waited over an hour for our food and it was wrong/missing items when it came out. Our server was doing the best she could but the kitchen was clearly backed up, the bar was understaffed and the restaurant was thoroughly unprepared to host large groups. We’ve been to many other Green Turtles and this one was by far the worst. Management and corporate, do better. Stop putting your staff on the front lines with no resources.

Our group was about 20 people for lunch on a Friday. The restaurant was supposed to be able to accommodate large groups easily, and not crowded. Unfortunately, we waited over 70 minutes for our food. The staff was nice and polite, and the food was tasty, but the wait was far too long for a meal in the meal of the day and a mostly empty restaurant.

Rene and Caesar took amazing care of me. I had an issue with some of my food on the last order and both of these gentlemen made things right. 10/10 will order again

Very clean, needed a late night meal from being on the road. Bartender was excellent. Lots of TVs and the food was delicious and fresh. We got fish tacos with tortilla chips and a chicken wrap with fries.
