The restaurant was staffed by only 4 people at the lunchtime rush. Food had to be ordered at a kiosk on the other side of the restaurant- with no signage explaining that to customers. We waiting over half an hour for the food, only to be told that they were out of some of the items that we ordered. Food was poorly prepared, even for rest-stop standards. Would never eat here again!

I stopped at the rest area today i chose Wendy what a mistake i ordered a grilled chickens combo the chicken sandwich was absolutely gross i swear to god it looked like it came out of the waste bucket i worked for Wendys in Connecticut that food did not meet the standard for Wendy food DAVE THOMAS would be turning over in his grave DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR DO NOT EAT HERE IT WAS GROSS

So with Wendy’s you know the food will be what it is; you either like it or you don’t. This Wendy's is pretty average in my opinion, however, I found the staff to be fine, not rude as previously mentioned here. So I am without complaint.

Absolutely the rudest Wendy's ever. It was September 21, late morning, not many people milling around. I decided to stop st Wendy's to get a couple junior cheese burger deluxe to continue my ride. I stood at the register while the girl was playing with her phone. After a couple seconds I had to say something and she did not like me interrupting her on her phone. I tried to order my regular burgers, but this place only offers the high price burgers. Not truly a Wendy's you would know. I stood there waiting for my food and notice three of the five employees were using their cell phones. Customer service is lacking, but the burgers still taste the same. I would not go back to this location.
