Only got a latte, but disappointed. Weak coffee with warm milk. Didn’t try the food but it looked pretty good

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I encountered on the Friday following Thanksgiving. According to Google, your establishment was listed as open on that day. However, when I arrived, I found that the business was closed.
I understand that you have a disclaimer on your Google stating that holiday hours may vary. Despite this, many other businesses in the area had updated their hours on Google to reflect their actual holiday schedule. This small step can be incredibly helpful and courteous for customers who rely on these listings to plan their visits.
In the future, I kindly request that you update your holiday hours on Google. Doing so would greatly benefit your customers and ensure that no one makes a trip to your establishment only to find it closed. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Atmosphere perfect.

Got a cortado with honey, plus the almond anise biscotti, and they were both great.
I can't speak to what it's like when it's busy since I came at 11 am on a weekday, but they were a perfect speed for my order based on how long it takes to make that drink (used to be a barista). They have a couple ordering screens, which I'm sure is great for improving speed during busy times or if you just aren't in the mood for talking to humans (me always).
The coffee itself was lovely - a perfect balance of getting that honey flavor without being too sweet. They do have free honey on the counter that I missed, so I feel a little silly for paying to have it added behind the counter for a drink as small as mine.
The roast itself was smooth with some toasted nutty notes, so it was a perfect pair with the biscotti. And the anise with the almond made it PERFECT for dipping in the coffee.
My only reason for leaving off a star is because it's not as cozy in there as I like for dining in at a coffee shop. The floors are concrete and there was only one little rug, so it didn't have a lot of personality. They have a small couch area and some lovely cozy music, but I really like feeling like I'm chatting with a friend in their living room anywhere in the shop. Very much a personal taste, though, so take with a grain of salt.
It was a blustery 65°F out, so I sat at their little table outside and enjoyed the view of the commons outside the apartments across the way, so it was still a win in the end.
All in all, a lovely place! It's tucked away in a cluster of apartments and office buildings, so I wouldn't have found it without Google. I'll definitely be back :)

This place here is one of those treasures you’re reluctant to review because you don’t want it to blow up to the point that it’s no longer accessible…and it will because it’s awesome. The service is quick (even on a Saturday am), the coffee good quality, and the pastries fresh. We had the glazed cake donut and the cheese danish; both were served cold (as requested) and were actually delicious cold. Sometimes baked good taste stale unless warmed, but these both tasted homemade. The vibe is fresh and young, the decor clean and contemporary. The breeze that runs by the outside front tables is ? Plus you can bring your pets!!

Every time I come here, the baristas are so kind & hard working. You can tell there are a lot of regulars by the way of conversations. The atmosphere is very welcoming and comfortable; couches and a faux fireplace to sit by. People work on their laptops or chat.
There is a "dogs welcome" sticker on the window, so after confirming, I brought my dog to sit with me while I read. So grateful to have these spaces to enjoy while the weather is not so great, as well as the opportunity to practice well-mannered behavior.
I had a clipper latte (highly recommended), and my dog was offered a pup cup. To pet owners: Let's keep showing our dogs can be respectful & enjoyable in these places! To Coffeehouse: Thanks for the welcoming atmosphere and tasty coffee! Can't wait to come back and try more flavors.
