The pretzels are great. Would recommend anyone to try them. They are worth it.

I had to take a moment to share my incredible experience at Auntie Anne’s in the Annapolis Mall — all thanks to an amazing employee named Sedarus. I was honestly having a rough day. You know the kind of day where everything just feels off? But then I walked up to Auntie Anne’s, and Sedarus completely turned things around.

From the second I approached the counter, he greeted me with the kindest smile and a genuinely welcoming attitude. You could tell he truly enjoys what he does and cares about every customer that walks up. He didn’t just take my order — he made me feel seen. He talked to me with real warmth, asked how my day was going, and cracked a few light jokes that honestly lifted my mood in a way I really needed.

Not only that, but the way he was handling the rush of customers was beyond impressive. He was moving fast, staying organized, multitasking like a pro — all while keeping that same positive energy. You could tell other customers were enjoying his vibe too. He never once seemed overwhelmed or frustrated. He made it look effortless, even though I know it wasn’t.

My pretzel was hot, fresh, and absolutely perfect — but Sedarus was the real reason this visit stood out. In a world where good service is becoming rare, he went above and beyond. He made my day better with kindness, efficiency, and genuine care.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Sedarus is the kind of employee every business hopes to have. Thank you for reminding me how powerful a small act of kindness can be.

I went to the Annapolis mall with my friends when I was amazed my a man named Melvin. He treated us with care, grace and uttermost respect. Melvin is an amazing man, he works full time in front of the Starbucks. Please give this man a raise!! ❤️❤️❤️🥨🥨🥨

BEWARE Nut Allergy people. They cross contaminate there Preztels with the Butter for Regular & Almond Pretzels. Never eating there again.

We ordered a pretzel. They didn't say they didn't have a pretzel, but rather just charged us for a large cup and put it in the bag. The large pretzel cups are more than $2 more than a regular pretzel. When I confronted them about charging and giving us something we didn't order, it was like talking to a wall. They were completely disrespectful and blew off the fact that they are stealing from people. I am so disappointed in the staff. If this is a company policy, I will not be purchasing anything from them again.

Higher sales tactic. They no longer have lower priced pretzels ready. The warmer is filled with higher priced cups of various pretzel nuggets. The hope you can't wait for the pretzel to be made. Too expensive anyways since the pandemic.

Took my kids to the annapolis mall location and they had 0 regular pretzels only the bites. It was almost like they didn't know how to roll a pretzel. How can you run a store that makes pretzels and not make pretzels... I worked this location 20ish years ago and this would have never flown. Im not sure what happened or if the franchise was sold to some one else but you can't just make a more expensive product and not offer your menu because it brings in less money. I know for a fact training is available and this store needs it

I want a pretzel not pretzel nuggets. The lady told me @ 11 am they don't make pretzels only nuggets. Why, isn’t that what auntie annes in known for. Second I don’t want to pay an additional $2 for “nuggets”.

They don’t make the regular pretzels anymore unless you ask for it. They only make the “large size” of the pretzel bites and claim it’s one size. Stop ripping people off.

Last two visits have been disappointing. Regular pretzels not available with 15 minute wait. This seems weird at 11 am on a Saturday.

Cashier refuse to sell original pretzels since there were none available. I asked to have one made and was told no after waiting in a very long line.
