I went to the Annapolis mall with my friends when I was amazed my a man named Melvin. He treated us with care, grace and uttermost respect. Melvin is an amazing man, he works full time in front of the Starbucks. Please give this man a raise!! ❤️❤️❤️🥨🥨🥨
Usually pretty good. However, yesterday I ordered a pretzel and was told to wait 7 minutes so I could get a fresh one. I waited 15 minutes and they gave me an old one. I asked for a drink with no ice. They gave me ice. I don't think Francisca spoke English.
Instead of buying 3 pretzel cups we got a big bucket of nuggets, we waited a few minutes and got fresh hot nuggets that were delicious and more nuggets than those there cups, plus extras chips so we could divide it up in the car. The ladies there were really nice.
