Baltimore Coffee and Tea Co is a great place for Tea since I don't drink coffee. My sister loves the coffee. The food is excellent and usually the service is second to none but I have experienced one person who was a bit out of "the good customer service mood". The most memorable experience I had with them was the day I walked in and needed a tray of assorted pastries and an assortment of bottle water and OJ's. It was all done within minutes and the manager...
The Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad is absolutely delicious...so good that I ordered it every week for 1 year. The customer service is extraordinary, so nice and helpful. You won't be disappointed.
