My dinner experience was extremely disappointing. A friend and I shared a two–crab cake dinner priced at $62, and very little on the specials menu was priced under $39, so expectations were understandably high. I also ordered a bowl of cream of crab soup, which was initially served barely warm and had to be sent back to be reheated. Unfortunately, the soup was very thick and resembled more of a pudding texture rather than soup. . The crab cake itself was slightly larger than a golf ball. While there were some lumps of crab meat, it was mostly filler and lacked the flavor and quality one would expect at this price point. The accompanying green beans and slivered peppers were barely cooked and completely tasteless, and the mashed potatoes required a significant amount of salt just to be edible. As a native Marylander, I know what a good crab cake should taste like, and this fell far short. Given the cost and overall poor quality of the meal, I doubt I will return. The entire experience was very unpleasant

I always enjoy what I order from the seafood to salads. The bay-centric decor and natural light add to the atmosphere. There is often a wait, and they text when your table is ready, so you can wait outside if it is crowded. You can see proud families of mids, or a boat of exhausted sailors at this Eastport staple.

Terrific seafood restaurant with high quality meals and solid service. Went for a late lunch and were very happy with all that we got. The mussels as an appetizer were very tasty. My non seafood eating son enjoyed his pizza for one while my wife thought her crab cake sandwich was very good. She said it was all crab meat. I had the fish tacos which had perfectly fried cod and great fixings. The spanish rice and beans were very tasty as well. We had drinks instead of desert and really enjoyed ourselves.
the world’s best crab cakes are in annapolis. and boatyard grill has annapolis’ best crab cakes. beautifully large, with big lumps of good quality crab meat, and it’s all fresh- no added flavors but the crab’s natural goodness itself. this place is bucket list worthy, and the service is great- jenna was super kind and attentive!

We ordered the rockfish tacos, they were excellent! Coleslaw was delicious. Cream of crab soup wasn't too thick and was perfectly seasoned with Sherry. Parking was challenging, as usual anywhere near Downtown Annapolis.
