The owners are racist, chartered busses to January 6th and have made disgusting comments online. Will never support this business again. The Severna Park location is owned by another family.
Very sad. I jumped through all the hoops to order ahead online. Paying ahead is an act of faith. My experience was a massive disappointment. I ordered at 1020 in the morning for a pickup at 4pm. I showed up at 4.20pm and my order wasn't ready. It took them longer to find the order (remember I paid ahead) then ordering as a walk up. They were rude the entire time. Then they said they hadn't bothered to put my order together, so I had to wait yet longer. More rudeness, including slamming the service window in my face.
As it happens, Brusters was the last of a series of curbside pickups (Target, Giant Food, Safeway). All those faceless corporations provided excellent service with cheerful employees. Brusters, a local business we are supposed to steer our business toward, was a massive failure.
The ice cream isn't all that special either. Back to Breyers (another faceless corporation) at grocery stores.
Do not go to Brusters. Certainly don't give them payment ahead of time.

Ice cream is good, but the service is horrible… I went twice this summer before 9 pm and both times they were closing. Couldn’t get served. I arrived at 8:45 this evening promising my grandchildren ice cream and I was told they close at 8:30 and they could not service me
$7 dollars for one scoop of ice cream, $2 for whipped cream on top, and one of the worst tasting ice creams I have ever had, even though it was just chocolate. Plus, it smelled strongly of garbage while ordering...

wow outstanding place, the service was spot on and the ice cream was downright delicious. Highly recommend this to anyone! I know I am going back :)

Window service only, no seating available. Ice cream was okay, but cake cones were stale. Slushies had way too much syrup in them to the point you couldn’t even drink it. No napkins provided. Would not recommend.
Love Bruster’s Ice Cream! They always have interesting flavor as well as the classics … all made in-house. Lots of fun specials and specialties. A tad pricey, as you can buy a pint of Haagen-daz or Talenti at a store (even Safeway) for less … although that price differential is slipping as the shrink flatiron continues with our groceries.Any how .. back to Bruster’s - great creamy ice cream. Coats at this location, $6 for an adult small (2 scoops) or $5.50 for a kid’s single (1 scoop), then thing increase in both dimensions. My new favorite after tonight is the “Southern Banana Puddin” - tastes like the real eat down to the bits of Nilla Wafers! Amazing!! (No pic, I slurped that little cup up in no time)

The ice cream is really good.. it’s so nostalgic the way you order through a window. There is no indoor seating.. a great place to grab a cool treat and go!! And on Sundays you get a little ice cream made for puppies with a doggie treat inside (View pic)
If you want a hand made, small town ice cream stand then this is it! We love this shop and it’s a weekly outing for us. Great combos of ice cream and the staff is awesome. Highly recommend.
My wife and my grandson decided to get ice cream at Brusters. We went to the window to order after a little while a young man came out. Much to our dismay the young man wiped his nose hand and arm without washing. He opened the window and looked at us finally. My wife asked if he had soft ice cream. The male had a hood over his head and what. Then he said said I don't know what that is. We then left disappointed
