A good place to share with friends. It has plenty of TV screens to watch sports. The food is well prepared and plentiful. There's a wide variety of food and the service is very good. The music is great, it allows you to talk with friends because the volume is not very high.

Went to Buffalo Wild Wings yesterday for the first time. My husband and I were so disappointed. There was no hostess to seat you. We finally got a guy to just tell us to go sit over by the bar or high area. Sat there and nobody came. The table was also sticky. We sat there for 10 minutes and saw no waiters. Also, for a well known place it was pretty empty. Nobody at the bar and maybe 6 tables with people. My husband saw one guy who worked there on our way in, he was on his phone. I was expecting the prior reviews to be a little overkill on the service but it is not. I hope they do realize they are in the SERVICE INDUSTRY. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother until they change management. If they don’t care about service not sure I want them making my food.

My experiences with Buffalo Wild Wings in Annapolis, MD, particularly for delivery and takeout, have been consistently disappointing.The most frequent issue is the temperature of the wings upon arrival; they are almost always cold, which significantly detracts from the enjoyment. Additionally, there's a recurring problem with the sauce application – it often feels like there's never enough, leaving the wings dry and lacking flavor. Order accuracy is another major concern. On multiple occasions, I've ordered 20 wings only to receive 17-19, and a good portion of them are frequently burnt. Delivery times are also quite long, typically taking an hour or more. I've had to return orders three times due to persistent mistakes, which is incredibly frustrating. Despite these significant issues, I must commend the manager, whose name I can't recall, but who is consistently very sweet and genuinely tries her best to rectify problems. Her dedication is a notable positive amidst the operational inconsistencies. Overall, while the manager's efforts are appreciated, the frequent issues with food quality, order accuracy, and delivery make it difficult to recommend for delivery or takeout.

Visited on a Tuesday evening around 6. The layout of the entrance is unusual, so I walked around the corner and went straight to the bar. Was greeted right away. Bartender was nice and quick. He also assisted with getting the app for a better deal. I ordered 12 bone in wings. Tried two sauces that were delicious. Asian Zing and Jammin jalapeno. Wings were served in about 10 minutes. Very fast.
I would say they were average busy. Did also notice the bartender also had a few tables.
Will go back when in the area. The App has great deals.

If you’re a person that loves to be seated at a booth for 30 minutes with no service pay a visit to this location. I’m writing this after downing a dosage of peptol bismol after dining in yesterday. The food was horrid and not worth the money and stomach pain. Skip this location at any given moment.

We brought 16 individuals to this restaurant. 8 of which were children. They would not sit us at a table that could accommodate high chairs. They had no interest in trying to accommodate. We either had to hold our children or nothing else. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible customer service. The manager is a lazy inconsiderate individual. He knew all of our issues and did not care.
