Everything was sublar. The bartender was more interested in her friends than anything else. The place was empty and still received below acceptable service and had to wait for an hour for less than desirable food. Don't go.

Probably the last time we’ll visit this location. Took the family their for dinner tonight, service was fine, but we kept getting a strong cold breeze from the kitchen area (not sure if there a back door over there), but with the breeze, we kept getting a strong odor of marijuana with it. Not exactly family friendly!

Went for lunch today and had the worst service I think I could have gotten. The waitress got an attitude when we said we were going to be on separate checks.(we were making this known before ordering). She then informed us that they were out of ranch dressing? At a wing restaurant? When we got our order it was incorrect and then she was arguing that it was what he said.
Would not eat here for a while until they get better staff.

Worst experience I've ever had at a BWW the server Randi was rude and argumentative. Whens orders were delievered it was not what was ordered, but I was told otherwise. Except everyone else at my table also knew what I ordered. Food was fine but service was terrible.
One tip for anyone dinning here if you get Randi as your server you're better up leaving and going somewhere else.

This is the only one in my area and I want to go more often but worst service I have ever gotten 2 times in a row. Appetizers came out with the food. The server was nowhere to be seen. My wife and son got their food. 15 minutes before I got mine really bad experience.

Went at noon to grab some lunch...nomone at door and no sign to seat myself. I asked an employee who was sweeping the floor, he responded he didn't know and went to the back to find another employee, who came out and told me to sit at the bar. Only two tables in the entire restaurant should have been my first clue. Menu showed they had fresh brewed ice tea... bartender said they didn't have tea, so offered a Pepsi free. Ordered wings and fries, wings were just okay; for a place that specializes in wings and named for wings they should have been outstanding.... Not so much. The French fries were soggy and too salty and obviously been sitting under a heat lamp for too long. I would not recommend eating at this specific restaurant....

I went on to place an order and to get a drink from the bar I treated the bar tender very polite. When asking for my order she was very rude with head rolls I asked her why the attitude and she continued to be rude while the manager watched the whole time at the time I was the only black customer and felt very prejudged noticing she was being polite to everyone else l then walked away and heard her talking about the employees upfront

I’ve visited this location multiple times in the last couple months. Each time I enter I wait to be seated for a long while with no host present. There is no sign to seat myself. In the 10-15 minutes that I wait, I see multiple employees look towards the front and not one approached. Eventually I walked in to track down a worker to be told I was to seat myself.
Food was fine. It’s BWW so about as expected. Service was quick once they got around to it. The menu I was given was quite wet and sticky.
Very bad service the cashier tool me the location was very busy end she can’t take more order buchit that’s no rason to don’t take my order stupid service rude service

This place blows. Ran out of soda, ran out of beer, 600 wing back up in the kitchen. Easily the worst Buffalo Wild Wings. Yet I still keep giving it chances, disappointed every time.

Went in for lunch with my wife and two young kids. Was not greeted or sat down. Assuming that it is open seating. Settled me and my family in a booth and went and got baby’s high chair. Sat for a couple of minutes and was then told to move to another section. Told them I would not and I was settled in where I was and refused service and they will not receive any more of my business. The manger and person who spoke to me was Mike.
