Rude employees inside I only eat here if Mr.thomas is there he make sure my food is on point every time and he’s very kind and has very great customer service

We had a terrible experience at this location. The employees touched money and didn’t use gloves after to touch the food. When we got home, we opened our food and we were missing items. Then the drink we ordered was flat and tasted like soda water. The chicken sandwich had way too much Mayo and didn’t taste fresh but cold and the bacon cheeseburger was gross and cold. I’ve never been so dissatisfied with Burger King until today.

Ordered a fish sandwich for delivery from Annapolis Md. Burger King. The fish is old and hard as a rock. Horrible. Since they don't answer their phone (I now get why) I am returning that shoe leather tomorrow. This isn't the first time. One time ordered a shake. They never brought it. Had to wait a while for my refund. They always forget to send the whole order i.e. the sauces. Onion rings were not even lukewarm. Not ordering from there again.

Phyllis Neal gets 5 stars! She is great. Very good customer service every morning! Thank you Phyllis. The rest of the crew is not the best except for the man who is the manager I think and works morning shift on the weekends. He is very good too. This whole rating would have been 5 stars but ive gone in several times later in the day after these 2 are off for the day and the rest of the crew is subpar for sure.

CS rep didn’t provide sauce for two large onion rings in the bag. When I asked for sauce, stated I had to pay for them. I informed her they were not in the bag. She could not comprehend that she never provided any sauce in the bag for two large onion rings.training is needed for staff better customer service.

Give Rhonda the front person a raise. She is on point. She is fast, concise and overall a sweet person and knows her customer service. You don't get that a lot especially at a BK so cherish her.

I was served a whole microwave burger I know the patty and cheese should be hot but not the pickles and ketchup. And when I said something about it the employee said that’s how we are supposed to make it I know that is not true. Very disappointed.
