The subs are actually quite good but the service is lacking. Hadn’t been in a while because the service was always poor every time I went in the past. Decided to give them another go and service is the same - employees are not friendly and don’t seem like they want to help you, I get it, customer service isn’t always fun. I also waited 20+ minutes for two subs. For $30 for two sandwiches I wish the service was a little better.

Stopped in for the first time because we were starving and saw the sign. We were really glad we did! Joy, who we assumed was the manager, was incredibly welcoming and explained everything to us. They roast their turkeys in the store each day! I’m not a fan of deli turkey, but I got the turkey Cole and it was delicious. My fiancé got the cheesesteak and was very happy with it. The rolls were soft and delicious as well! And since it was our first time in a Capriotti’s we each got a free brownie, exactly the way to my heart! Even if the sandwiches hadn’t been delicious, I would have been a return customer just for that!

Just had the Classic Italian Sub (made by Kay) and it was straight up DELICIOUS! Their customer service was very good and the staff was friendly! I just moved to Annapolis and I Will definitely be returning! Thank you Kay!

Do not go here. These other one star reviews are telling the truth. Out of the three times I have ordered from here, twice they have completely messed up my sandwich. There was practically no meat (we counted 4 pieces of shredded chicken) & they did not follow order instructions by adding every single topping we asked to be removed and completely leaving out every single one of the additional toppings ordered. All three times were mobile orders as well, they highlighted on my receipt the toppings and still missed them. Don’t charge $10 for a sandwich if you aren’t willing to actually make the sandwich.

The only place the whole family agrees on. We always sit in and eat. The Staff has been extremely polite everytime for three years so far. The food is always made as requested and tastes good. The dining area, bathrooms are all very well maintained it appears.

The food was alright, but we had an egregious experience on 12/14/24. We went in as a family to get lunch. Several employees started shouting curse words at each other. We quickly finished our meals as the shouting/fighting occurred for the majority of our stay. As we were leaving, police cars had arrived (no joke, this actually happened). The only employee kept threatening the other, and kept saying she’d “Call her son.” Not sure what that implied. I am not going back there again.

I will usually never post a bad review because I also work in the food service industry and know how it can be... Unfortunately I have to cause this place is really horrible. You're immediately asked what you want to order by tired overworked employees but not in the customer service sense... In a super uninviting way to just get the job done... No "Hi, How are you" even if you say it first. Sat down and waited for my sandwich and the table was SO sticky. It looked clean but when I leaned on it while waiting my sweater stuck to the table a little bit. I got my food in a timely manner though. Ate the sandwich and it was missing ingredients. Overall a very disappointing experience and I unfortunately won't be back. I've given this place a couple tries and this was definitely the last one. I'm sorry to whomever owns this establishment you have something good going but it definitely needs to be managed better by someone that cares.

$16 for them to take 15 minutes to make one sub between 3 staff members. I was the only customer in the store that entire time. I got to watch one staff member prepare plastic bags for potential orders only to watch the next staff member come and undo the plastic bag preparation. This place is a joke
