Food was good but weirdly prepared. My bagel sandwich came out covered in butter so was not nice to eat, but tasted good. My wife got a sandwich and added bacon. When it came with no bacon, she asked for bacon to be added. They remade the sandwich, again without bacon. Not great for the price.

Love the interior design of this place. The employees were friendly and the coffee, as with their other locations, was great. Definitely one of the better local chains.

Loud employee background. A nice long wooden bench, with some outlets. Clean bathrooms. Bright light. Easy parking. Decent latte. It needed to be hotter, however.

If you could burn water, that's what this coffee tastes like. And a tahini bar was oily. And I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for that coffee, because they had to make four specialty Frou Frou lattes with shots of sugar and spice for other people first. No one could just pour a cup of coffee. Oh right, and then they forgot to pour a cup of coffee, so I had to ask for it. $10 and 20 minutes. I'll never get back.

I used to work in specialty coffee and Ceremony is one of the good ones in the area. Good blends and single origin options, fun seasonal drinks that change just often enough to keep things fresh. I do wish they would sell me a 5 lb bag of espresso. She said I could buy online but tbh I never remember to order online in time before I run out. They have the big bags behind the counter to use in house so I don’t see why they couldn’t be available for sale since they roast their own and it would likely not end up getting waste since they use it daily.

Food and coffee very good but pricey. The service today was bad. I think it was a new person working the register, very aloof, didn’t make my order for here even though I said so so everything was prepared to go. Staff seemed mostly unapologetic for mistake.
