Sandwich came with NO mayo and at and so little lettuce that it wasn't even funny.
My "fully loaded" fries were all ranch, I couldn't taste the cheese.
I called customer service because I drove an HOUR to this location due to the fact it's the closest and I've been coming to this one for years without issue. Customer service said they'd reach out to the manager and then said they refused to make it right or refund because that was the appropriate amount of lettuce...read full review
