Charleys Cheesesteaks

Sandwich came with NO mayo and at and so little lettuce that it wasn't even funny. My "fully loaded" fries were all ranch, I couldn't taste the cheese. I called customer service because I drove an HOUR to this location due to the fact it's the closest and I've been coming to this one for years without issue. Customer service said they'd reach out to the manager and then said they refused to make it right or refund because that was the appropriate amount of lettuce and cheese. Which is a BLATANT LIE. No one even addressed the fact that the mayo wasn't even on the sandwich. Im furious. As a loyal customer, who has gotten this SAME ORDER for YEARS and it's never made this way, the manager or customer service is a liar. It's funny because I just got the SAME ORDER earlier this week. It was made right. I spent nearly $40 for my order and it was all crap. These 2 items were just the worst.

Food always cook as ordered so hot and ready to eat. Taste is always on point. The workers are polite and respectful.

OMGoodness...I love Charleys!!! They have the best chicken philly sandwiches and the best fries!!!! I have been a fan for years PLEASE keep up the good work!!!

LOL So expensive for mediocre food not to mention the employees here have awful attitudes and service.

So overpriced - like $19 just for a large sub and fries. The fries were not great and the sub was just OK.. up until I found a hair in it that was coming from inside the sandwich!!! I don't have black hair! Also I felt sick after eating so I'd give 0 stars if I could. Overall a very dissapointing experience

19.00$ for this basic cheese stake is not where it's at the fries are OK but the sub thats a no for me I could of made this at home my self with better ingredients

I was in the mall and hungry for a cheesesteak sub and there was Charley’s. Ordered a small size and a Coke Zero!! Yeah they have Coke Zero the best diet soda around. Ok the cheesesteak was Fantastic. The bread tastes homemade, there was a ton of provolone melted to perfection, the steak was tender and I was in heaven. I devoured it and am craving another!! So so good 😋

I have always like Charley’s as my go to. But last few times the subs have been smaller and the meat amount has been significantly less. It’s a $10 regular sized sub with $6 small worth of actual meat. Doesn’t even fill the small bread it’s on.

The medium cheese steak was very large and stuffed with plenty of meat, etc. Flavor was average. Prices were very reasonable.

Cheese Fries are too expensive, cheese is watery the fries are soggy.
