Went for Christmas last year and thought we’d go back for thanksgiving this year. Had great meal, great service great table neighbors. Food was just ok this time. Prix fixe menu again. Same great attentive service which i think is the problem or maybe the plan. They seemed to nurse the table and don’t seem to ask if you’re ready for your check. Which I think causes my next statement . My bigger gripe is the wait time 5:30 sat at almost 7pm. We arrived to them seating 5-515 still at 6pm. I was glad I had a bite before leaving home. I’m not above waiting however repeating it on two occasions is insanity on my part. May just try at another time and not a holiday. I never did get the refund on the meal we didn’t have. Called 11/28 it’s 1/6 and nothing.

Overall food was pretty good, the waitress was excellent and atmosphere was as expected. It is very pricey! I wouldn’t recommend the prime rib tho. It was ok at best. The lamb chops were great though!

A gem of Annapolis! Great food, awesome selection of wines, friendly and professional service, and a lovely view to the bay; all of this under the roof of this excellence of a restaurant. I had the shellfish linguini and the plate came with a generous and delicious variety of muscles, clams, and lobster. Oh, try their chocolate lava cake too!

I went to Chart House for an evening out with a friend, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous, dim, moody lighting, high ceilings, and a beautiful view of the water. It feels very upscale, yet comfortable and inviting, with a warm, almost homelike atmosphere rather than anything stiff or formal. What truly stood out was the service. Our waitress, Tiaa, along with Ryan who was shadowing her, provided the best service I’ve ever experienced from a wait staff. Their pacing was exceptional, they gave us time to think through the menu, walked us through options without rushing, kept us informed about when food was coming, and struck the perfect balance between attentiveness and space. On top of that, they were genuinely great conversationalists, which made the entire evening feel relaxed and enjoyable. The service elevated the whole experience and is the reason I would return.

Exceptional! Everything was exceptional - The service, food and location We were the last reservation on Christmas Eve and we were not rushers in or out. The service was great, and the food was outstanding. The clam chowder was the best I’ve had, salads were great and the filet was amazing. R the he desserts were perfect as well. I really don’t think they could have done much better.
Absolutely Outstanding! The Surf and Turf was spectacular! Perfect portions and each cooked exactly like I loved them.

The wait time to be seated for our reservation was about 27 minutes. Dinner lasted about 3 hours due to waiting in between each food course which was surprising considering it was a fixed menu with limited options. However, the mojito flight was cool.

Went here with family for a Christmas dinner. Food was good. Waiter was excellent! Thanks Brady! Cream of crab was a little spicy for me. Portions were not huge but food was tasty.

We visited Chart House Prime to celebrate our anniversary, and overall it turned into a wonderful experience. Upon arrival, we were kindly asked to wait a few minutes while our table was prepared. Prior to our reservation, I had requested a window seat with a sea view through the booking app. Initially, we were told that seating arrangements were strict, which was a bit confusing, especially since the window tables appeared available.
Shortly after being seated, the manager Josh came by to check on us. I explained that it was our anniversary and mentioned the window seating request. Josh immediately took the time to listen, acknowledged the request, and ensured we were moved to a beautiful window table. From that moment on, everything flowed perfectly.
Josh went above and beyond to make sure our anniversary dinner was special. The hospitality was outstanding, the food was excellent, and the overall atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. His professionalism and genuine care truly elevated the entire experience.
10/10 experience. Highly recommended, and we cannot wait to come back again
