30 minutes to tell us they didn't have the oysters we ordered. (We order 1/2 dozen). 30 more minutes to let me know my entree had run out for the day. Proactively said not to have the steaks sitting while my new entree was ordered. An hour and 45 minutes to receive our meals with no sides or extras. Medium rare steaks came out well well done and barely edible. Rest of the meal not great. Didn't realize this was a chain and will never go back. Extremely Slow service and overpriced meal that was awful.
I had a great time. Staff is very friendly, location is amazing, food is delicious and portions are generous! Will return anyday!
Went for Sunday brunch. Probably the best water view in Annapolis. I had fried green tomatoes and the chicken and waffles. Both were excellent and very creatively prepared. The service was exceptional.
Chart House is always a nice dining experience. I like the newer vibe, the updated music. Service is top notch and food very tasty. I can't call it a good value - portions are medium and it's expensive - but if you want a good experience it is perfect.
First time in several years for me . Service was good, appetizers were good, my Halibut (firecracker style was OK but I wouldn't order again--ruined a good piece of fish). Most upsetting eas wife's filet with lobster, shrimp, and lots of vegetables. Filet was ordered medium (came rare), was very tough, shrimp & lobster were rubbery--very disappointing for the price. Doubt that we'll return.
Excellent food and service!
Incredible atmosphere with classic views of Annapolis!
A must!
Horrible choice of background music. Has DJ in bar/lounge area playing techno dance club type music very loud throughout the entire restaurant including the dining room. It was 7pm I asked him if he would lower the music in the dining area which he did and was very pleasant. The genre was completely wrong and totally inappropriate for a dining experience from what one would expect. I blame management.
The Chart House salad is something I could eat everyday. I had the Seafood linguini and it was fabulous. Great service and always a great place!!!
We got half a dozen oysters and the schooner seafood tower for the three of us. The meal was delicious.
We also got the best salad and two bowls of cream of crab. The schooner in my opinion is more like for 2.5 people rather than 3 to 4. Without soup and beet salad it would not have been enough.
I had a special request for three of us attending and not only did they set us up with an amazing table, the waitress also followed up on the status if the auspicious event!
I have rarely have such amazing service!
We will definitely revisit!
Happy hour great prices!

3.5 — The service was incredible and the restaurant’s views are absolutely beautiful. We loved our cocktails and truly can’t say enough great things about the staff. However, the food just really let us down — especially for the price (our meal was over $200). I will happily spend a lot of money on food and not blink, but I left feeling disappointed. The complimentary bread and herb oil and honey Old Bay butter was AMAZING. However, that’s about the only thing I had that blew me away. Oh, and the cream of crab soup was delicious. The Rocket Man sushi roll we got was fine. The belly and the beast had tasty pickled peppers but most of the pork belly was too fatty and chewy and most of the plate was filled with garnish. My blackened king salmon was a generous portion but it was so bland and pretty dry and served atop a bed of vegetable cous cous that reminded me of a Lean Cuisine. The lobster risotto was OK and kind of tasted like it was from a chain restaurant. My husband’s ribeye was tasty enough. The mushrooms we got on the side also had a nice flavor but felt pricey. The views from our table and the inside of the restaurant were absolutely STUNNING especially at sunset and the staff couldn’t have been lovelier and more on the ball, but I really don’t think the food was worth the price. If you go, definitely make a reservation and check out the cocktail menu.
Grat food and atmosphere 👌 white table dining 🍽 didn't get to try the amazing wine selections but will definitely return for another dinner. It would definitely make a good impression for a date night. Bring you wallet but moderately price for seafood & Steakhouse
It's rather nice. It can be very busy on holidays, but the food is never late. Clean and spacious seating (if it's not a holiday). The lobster, bass, calamari and salmon were good. No complaints, I've been there 3 times. When it's a buddy holiday parking can get a little hectic.
Great view
Excellent meal, and very attentive staff, wonderful table with a water view! Celebrated my birthday and was greeted at the door, by staff & was presented with a delicious birthday treat. I highly recommend The Chart House!
