We had another wonderful dinner with our sons here. It was a great way to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. We made reservations to come back in December to celebrate both their December birthdays.

Amazing ambiance and great service on Thanksgiving. Restaurant has great views of the water and the food is presented very well. Most likely will return for a seafood dinner as everything looks very fresh.

I blame Landry's corporate for drastically overbooking reservations on Thanksgiving. Parties were seated 45 mins plus past reservations. Do seatings or cap reservations. You know parties will linger so that's not an excuse. We had a lovely meal last Christmas Eve and were looking forward to Thanksgiving dinner. It was like night and day. The turkey was inedible. The bright spot was the staff, who worked very hard under difficult circumstances. Very sad to see a beloved local favorite go downhill.

The waiter cant remember his name was very professional and personable. Received service with a smile. The Assistant General Manager was friendly and concerned as it was a holiday and the wait was long. I observed him walking around and interacting with patrons the whole evening that was awesome to me

Despite having a reservation, we waited 50 minutes to finally be seated. Honoring reservations is important. This affected our overall impression of the restaurant.

Waiter was great; attentive, but not overly present. Food was good. It was Thanksgiving, so incredibly busy!! We had a 2:15pm reservation and at 2:35pm, those with 2:00pm reservations had not been seated. The host said if we were willing to sit at a high-top, we could be seated immediately. Otherwise, it would likely be another 15 minutes or so. We took the high-top. Food was quite good.

I've been to this restaurant twice. My first time was a business meeting dinner and my second was an anniversary. Food was and service was great on both occasions. A few of my favorites are the turf and surf sushi, clam chowder, and the blackened seabass.

Food was super, early service was fine but we were neglected near the end of the main course. THE MUSIC WAS NOTHING BUT AN AWFUL ANNOYING DRUM BEAT THAT MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CARRY ON A CONVERSATION!! SHUT OFF THE DAMN MUSIC!!! A RESTAURANT LIKE YOURS SHOULD NOT NEED OR HAVE MUSIC AT ALL!! LET DINERS EAT AND ENJOY THEIR FRIENDS!! I won't be back as long as you play music in the dining room!!!

Great meal. Sea bass cooked perfectly, as well as the scallops. Little pricey on the 4 normal sized scallops and 4 shrimp (16-20 size?). But the presentation was tops. Angel Hands Shiraz was outstanding. Crab soup was the thickness of warm pudding. Maybe could have been a little thinner. Great flavor. Huge Key Lime Pie slice. Interesting presentation with singed meringue instead of whipped cream. Good teamwork by all of the staff. Did not see a manager on the floor. Server was Elena. She was good, but maybe too many memorized lines and would lose track if interrupted. By the end of the meal, she loosened up and became easy to talk to. Great location. Busier than expected for a Monday night and no events. Had a great time.

We had a wonderful Sunday brunch! Fortunately we were seated with a table by the window. The eggs Benedict were delicious! My husband had the shaved prime rib hash which was also delicious! The service was superb!

We just had an excellent dining experience. The service was spectacular and the food was very artistically presented and perfectly delicious. We highly recommend the baked crab dip for a starter and also the hot chocolate lava cake for dessert. This is a great restaurant with exceptional ambience and definitely a top echelon fine dining experience.

We had a wonderful experience at The Chart House. The cocktails we had were popping! Ordered a couple of daily specials including stone crab appetizer and surf and turf skewer entree. Also had the calamari as a table appetizer and another person in our party had the sea bass entree. Everything was scrumptious! The service was spot on all night. The water view added to the ambiance. One person in our party was celebrating a birthday and that was acknowledged with a tasty cake slice delivered to our table. Wonderful experience all around!
