Our reservation was for 5:45 but were able to get in early (4:30). The atmosphere was excellent and our server (Leah) was an absolute delight. Appetizers were delicious but are sized for individual portions rather than sharing, so keep that in mind. Our meals prepared perfectly and well proportioned. Overall experience was very enjoyable.
Our server was admittedly in training but was attentive and thoughtful in recognizing our anniversary that had been noted when the reservation was made. My filet was a bit under cooked ,ordered medium rare, it was rare. My husband enjoyed the ahi tuna.
We have dined at this restaurant before, but not since it became Chart House Prime. The difference we were told is more customer-focused service and the prime steaks that are on the menu. Our server, Gio, was pleasant and very accommodating. His wine list and menu recommendations were excellent choices.
