I love Chevy's, it was a favored date place of ours for years. It's been a bit since I've gone to one as the others back home closed.
I got there for lunch early and it was already kinda busyand loud. I could hear the people at the other tables speaking, trying to be heard over the music.
The food is nothing like I remember, the menu has slimmed down; which, fair. The quality of food was worse. Dry, stale tortillas, the queso was not great and neither was the guac. Had the mini chimis with beef and was not able to finish. The refried beans were soupy and tasted more like ham than the bacon they said was in there. Just overall disappointing but the servers were really nice
