once an Annapolis institution, is downright pitiful now, food was horrible, obscenely expensive and service terrible
This place was great! We stayed in the rooms above which were really comfortable and we dined in the restaurant for lunch and had breakfast there. Highly recommend! It was also neat that they do the Pledge of Allegiance daily! The staff was also very friendly. Again, highly recommend!

Chick & Ruth's Delly is a bustling restaurant with a fabulous atmosphere and friendly staff. The crab cakes are a must-try, with huge portions that are worth the wait. The cream of crab soup is very good and well seasoned, and the massive poppy seed roll is perfectly buttered and toasted. The menu offers a variety of options, including delicious dill pickles, massive milkshakes, and EXCELLENT French fries. It is the happening place in Annapolis, and many menu items are named after prominent Maryland politicians. The walls are adorned with memorabilia, creating a super retro vibe. There is no way you can't find something on this massive menu to fill your belly. Be prepared for large portions, but the experience and amazing food make it worth it. Don't forget to bring a hearty appetite to fully enjoy all that Chick & Ruth's Delly has to offer.
