Ordered here for take out paid extra for fries and there was hardly any fries in a large take out case. Paid 11$ for a sandwich that was tiny. Very unfair portion sizes here. The sandwich was nice but very very small was pretty annoyed by it. See for yourself Come on guys be fair make the price worth the product.

I looked around Annapolis for a massive crab cake on the menu, and that is exactly what I got when I came here! The cream of crab soup was very good although it was not a “lump” crab soup… still great though. It was very well seasoned. Just the right amount of salt. I think one thing that is not mentioned enough is how good, soft, and massive the poppy sees roll is! Perfectly buttered and toasted. When I added some crab cake to my roll and dipped it in my soup, it was eye-closing good!!! The crab mac and cheese was decent but nothing too special. The baked potato could have been cooked more. It was a little too firm for my liking. Nonetheless, it was an amazing meal I enjoyed very much! I’m sure I will be back!

My main source of joy was that many menu items were named after prominent Maryland politicians, which I find very entertaining. Makes me wonder what my politician food would be...

We have eaten here several times when visiting family. The food is always fresh, delicious and served in a reasonable amount of time. I always have one of the crab dishes. The service is helpful and friendly. This restaurant is at the top of our list when we're in the area. There is a bit of noise, great music in the background, but quite enough for conversation.
Love a greasy spoon and this is perfect! Open early with tables and booths for families and all. Great big portions for affordable prices!

Great, great great old school place. Definitely the kind of place. I like to eat at all the staff live and breathe this restaurant. I highly recommend trying this restaurant. We need to support small mom and pop diners so they can stay in business. I ate here with my uncle and I wish I could eat here every day.
