We had a doordash order from them. Over half of the items were missing. Called the store to see what could be done. The store manager practically blamed us and said we could come pick it up ourselves. The manager said that the take out person had been working there for 25 years and she could not have done anything wrong!!! Why do they not put orders together and staple the bags closed, what accounts for items not ordered? What did come was crushed and the muffins was not properly wrapped and the dessert bag was just wrinkled closed. Do they not check out the drivers? That is basic procedure for delivery. Will not order from them again!! Disappointed by this lack of accountability.

Great experience here. The crab cake in the crab cake sandwich was huge and it was so worth it. Our server Jeanette was one of the best we have had in a while. Very friendly, efficient and informative. We wanted to try one of the milkshakes where you get to keep the glass, but after seeing the portions of the food had to decide against it. Very busy but for good reason. The wait was about 15 min at around 11am on a Sunday.

Absolutely love the crab cakes here, I lowkey have an obsession.I’ve hidden over a dozen of them under mine and my wife’s bed for future special occasions.10/10 would be back.All the servers are incredibly nice and accommodating. Gemma did a great job taking care of our family while we weee there.Highly recommend and will be back!

There are three sizes of milkshakes 20oz.(regular), 33 oz.(jumbo) 6lb.(colossal)..the regular was filling for me.I was going to just leave a review only about the deliciousness of the dill pickles and leave pictures. They were so good that I even drank the pickle juice (I absolutely love pickles…sour, Tabasco, and dill). Me and my mate ordered a bowl of cream of crab soup and it was majority crab(like a real soup is suppose to be)the #25 specialty sandwich, regular strawberry milkshake,the #10 specialty sandwich added bacon(to go).The walls are covered with a great deal of military and many other renowned people. It is always bustling in here. Don’t think about eating in here on the weekend; you’ll be waiting for 20 plus minutes.Best day ever with great company and delicious food. You have to be here to experience the exceptional service and the huge amounts of food. Everything we ordered w was well cooked and we were truly pleased. We will be back. You have to come here with a hearty appetite. Happy eating!Parking: The Noah Hillman garage is behind Chic & Ruth’s and it has several levels to park. You have to scan and pay for your parking.
The place is an institution. The sandwiches are party and lots of variety of deli variations. If you could swing it, go for the crab cake sandwich but either way you will not walk away hungry.

This is a very classic and unique place to eat. It's an old retro diner with one of a kind dishes. Highly recommend their sandwiches. Flavourful and filling. You should definitely try this place as there are not many similar restaurants to this one.
Nothing can be more American, in the very best sense, than this place. The vibes of the coolest delly, and the poached eggs of a high class restaurant. And don't even get me started on the crab cake. Great staff, fun atmosphere and delicious food. A must visit for anyone wishing to get a taste of Annapolis.

The place felt very dirty and the service was slow. Many staff members were sitting around. I ordered a crab loaded baked potato and it tasted like cream cheese - I couldn’t even eat it, not to mention it was $20 for a baked potato?! My husband enjoyed his milkshake (which was our main reason for coming) but we will not be returning back. I get the place is famous but the food needs to improve.
