On Saturday, July 20th, I went to chick-fil-a. For starters the worker was talking way the fast, that I couldn’t understand them.Secondly I told my name for the order and while waiting for my food,I didn’t hear my name. Everyone that was after me was leaving before me. Turns out they got my name wrong, and I was standing there for almost 30 minutes.

Black people aren’t invisible. If you see someone standing at the pickup area, please ask if they need assistance. Of the 8 people at the front, I waited for the 4th person to pass before I was asked for my name, so that I could receive my order obviously waiting to be picked up. Thanks ?

Abby is the MVP cashier! I had my two kids in the stroller with me and not only was she patient with their ever so changing decisions, she brought the food to my table so I didn't have to leave my kids sitting by themselves. Way to go above and beyond!

Literally not even worth the one star. Already skeptical, I had ordered the grilled chicken club sandwich which for one, the cheese was not melted. -Okay, I can deal with that. I proceeded to take my sandwich apart to add sauce only to find a freaking BUG on my lettuce. ? I had to take a photo and zoom in just to be sure. I took it back and asked to speak with a manager and even showed him the photo. He never apologized so clearly he did not care! He asked if I wanted another one (now sir, absolutely NOT!!!) as if he had just severed me a cold sandwich or something. He refunded my money and showed no remorse for it nor was I offered anything else for the inconvenience. Never again!!

We love eating at Chick-fil-A. Food and service are always fantastic. We were there during a bit of a lunch rush, and the food came out quick and with no problems. Always recommend stopping at Chick-fil-A for a quick quality meal.
