You have your workers stand outside taking people's orders. There are no menus at the end of the line for people to see what they want except all the way at the front before you come to a circular curve. It not like we have the menu displayed on our dashboard. This doesn't make since. People need to see the MENU!

Idk what they think they're doing wolith the fries now but they taste awful now. Can't eat them. The chicken quality has gone down too, and not just this location? what is going on with this area? I heard they are spraying crushed peas on the food now well they should stop.

Mrs. Taylor or whatever her name is needs to go. I get old people are a little slow and can be feisty but whoever hired her needs to be held accountable as well. Came in to pick up a mobile order, heard her very angrily yell “Mobile order? Anybody” I responded yes I am! Told her my name very kindly and pointed to the first one, then her old rude smart ahh replies “I’m so glad I graduated high school and learned how to read!” Like huuuuuh?!? Lmao this the famous Chickfila customer service? Out of all the Chick-fil-A’s ngl this location hires the worst people. Mrs.Taylor’s the worst one yet. She needs to retire already

This is by far the worst Chic-fil-a in AMERICA. The customer service gives Arby’s and they gave me a chicken sandwich with no chicken. If you want to check your order at the drive thru, realize it’s wrong and have them tell you can’t have refund or chicken because of the line, go here! Nothing in the order was correct and all of the number 1’s were spicy. The employee said oh well.
