You have your workers stand outside taking people's orders. There are no menus at the end of the line for people to see what they want except all the way at the front before you come to a circular curve. It not like we have the menu displayed on our dashboard. This doesn't make since. People need to see the MENU!
We ordered through the app and Julia was exceptional even by chikfila standards. She noticed i forgot sauce for my order, made sure I got all my items when they came out separate and did all of that with the kindest voice.
1SEPT.2025 Exceptional drive thru service. The young lady with the braids(9:20a.m.) that received my money for my order was a wonderful representative for this location.
