I eat here way more than I’d like to admit. Food has improved a lot since I first started eating at this location 3 years ago. This prompted me to leave a review because portion sizes are great and with the improvement in quality, I now eat here at least once per week.

Didn’t give me the full amount of guacamole, didn’t taste fresh, portions were uneven as far as beans and fajitas. I got more beans/fajitas than anything else.

this place closes an hour before they’re actually supposed to close . They ALWAYS have an attitude when i come and they never have anything stocked. They’re a MESS and so DIRTY. Management needs to do their job because these KIDS clearly aren’t.

A real shame, this used to be one of the best chipotle locations but food quality, portions and consistency have gone down. I ordered a chicken bowl that would normally leave me feeling full, but instead I was handed a light bowl that left me wanting an entire addition meal. Service has been terrible, a real shame what has happened here.

Chips stale, put the wrong salsa on my bowl and wouldn’t remake it, and it’s one of those bad chipotles that skimp on portions

Everything usually cooked to perfection when I come. I don't do pre-orders anymore they're ghetto in those standards along with how they serve those overcooked tortilla chips for years now. So I walk in to ensure portions and bowl build is controlled, well & appetizing as it should be even during pre-order request but hey the same failures been occurring here for over 2yrs don't think the change will matter they actually decide to make which would always be a irrelevant change to the actual problem.

Food was 45 minutes late, wasn't even busy in store. Wasn't until the 6 time I informed them the name on my order that they realized they forgot about me.

We eat at this location atleast 2x month. We order honey chipolte chicken bowls, Today one bowl had only 5-6 pieces of chicken. The chips were stale. Disappointed to say the least. When spending that kind of money for lunch, you expect it to be good.

They don’t take care of their regulars. Small amounts of rice and chicken nope never again. I will drive the extra 3 minutes to the Edgewater location.
