They don’t take care of their regulars. Small amounts of rice and chicken nope never again. I will drive the extra 3 minutes to the Edgewater location.

Super small portion sizes. Burrito is smaller then my hand. Save yourself money and go across the street to mcdonalds

this place is terrible. the last 3 times we ordered online the order was completely screwed up. the orders aren’t even close to what was selected on the order

Got the complete wrong order and half of a bowl of food. I ordered a steak bowl with cheese, sour cream, black beans, salsa, and veggies. Queso also tasted thick and like its been sitting out for days..

Why let fajitas Just sit there and turn to slop.they used to keep them green and fresh .now they just sit and nobody gets them..cold food ect ect.lazy managment feel...could def skip this place nowadays.dont know where to start or finish with this location.doesnt hit anymore .

I was next in line and saw rice & other food debris sitting on the counters of the food line. The lady gestured for me to be next & I told her I wanted a bowl with white rice. Before I could even get out the next ingredient, I saw her scoop all the rice that was on the counters into the fresh pot of rice. Then she scooped the rice onto my plate/bowl. I told her I did not want that rice bowl because I saw her scoop dirty rice from the counters into the fresh rice to serve in my bowl. She decided to split the rice in half (separating what she thought was the dirty rice from the fresh rice) that was in my bowl and scoop whatever dirty rice she thought that was out my bowl. Before she was about to scoop it, she gestured to me like is this ok with you. I said to her "no, I don't want the whole bowl". She never got new rice or anything. She looked at me like I was crazy for not accepting the rice she put in my bowl. The lady next to her asked what was the issue. I told her. She stated "well the counter is clean". I said " would you eat rice from the counter tops?" she said "yes". I said " I dont want any rice". She tells me she has a line..she tried to rush me away and she gestured for the person behind me to state her order. I said no! because I'm standing right here. Dont try to overlook me because she put dirty rice in fresh rice. I ended up getting tacos without rice. she suggested the tacos come with rice. I said "I dont want rice". Anyways I get to the end of the line and find out that the lady who told me the table was clean & still suggested the rice was the manager (she had black glasses). so here i am writing a review because I couldn't tell the manager because she's cool with eating dirty ass rice off the counters. Later, I read Chipotle Annapolis Mall health department violations and found that they aren't meeting standards. Wish I knew

The lunchtime crew ladies that worked at the register need to be retrained On customer service. I came into this location on my lunch break ordered my food, and after the woman made my food, she went back up to the top where the tortillas and rice, but there were no other customers. I waited about two or three minutes then I asked if someone was gonna ring me up She told me someone would be right with me, then came down and started prepping kids meal trays. I was the only customer and there was no one waiting to be rung up before me.
Before anyone says anything, I understand that if you are assigned to a register, you should be the only one using that register. if that’s the case, things like this should be communicated to the guests. Thank you!
