SOMEBODY CLEAN THIS PLACE. It’s amazing to me that this hasn’t been dealt with. I went here with my 5 year old daughter and was disgusted by how filthy the place is. Every single table is covered in left over food. No one is trying to keep up with the mad. On top of that the service is incredibly slow. There is no urgency even if there is a line out the door. I don’t get it. Corporate, do something already. Yikes.

This is the first chipotle store which made me pay for Guacamole when I ordered for Sofritas bowl. The attendant at cash charged for it and when I wanted to talk with manager on duty, the lady also straight away said no. She also affirmed guacamole is not included in Sofritas and was charged $2.99 for it. I did even show her the menu and google search which states “Sofritas bowl comes with full scoop of Guacomle”. The staff on cash register may not be aware but how come manager on duty ? I am vegetarian and I have been buying Sofritas every single time when I go to Chipotle. It’s not about just $2.99 but rather denying what the menu ingredients the Sofritas bowl comes with.
Vegetarian options: Don’t expect your Sofritas bowl comes with guacamole in this particular store.

Location is absolutely gross. Food everywhere. On the floor, food all over the counters. Broken soda machines. All the surfaces have food bits everywhere. The serving counters are not maintained. Would not recommend anyone eating here.

Stopped by this location with the intent on eating at the restaurant but decided after seeing how incredibly filthy all of the tables and seating areas were, we would just get our food to go. Apart from most ingredients being unavailable and the employees outright refusing to re-stock them we were able to order our meals at a snails pace (there was only 1 employee working the line, 2 on the register and about 6 of them filling online orders). Unfortunately after reading the reviews, all of this seems to be the norm for this location. Such a disgrace.

I came here to order myself dinner and decided to use the restroom first on Saturday the 7th around 8pm. An employee (young, thin black male) literally stepped out from the cash register and stood in front of me and told me to “order first or there is a free bathroom in Starbucks” what on earth? I have never in my life had this experience in Chipotle before. I have gone to Chipotle in many states. Since when is this acceptable behavior? So I left and I will not be giving my business again unless this is rectified.

this chipotle is by for one of the worst I’ve ever been to and I’ve visit plenty of times but yesterday was the last draw for me. I will not be ever going back. The stork walking in the door is very unpleasing. Very disgusting floors. Tables are nasty. It looks like they only clean up during the morning shift such a high turnover. Every time I go is always a completely new staff. They need new management! Asap The food was dried out, wasn’t refilled. the proportions was for our two-year-old. it’s no way that I’m paying $20.07 in the proportions wasn’t even the right proportions even though I ended up leaving and not getting anything It was more than enough staff to be able to operate that young lady that waited on me was cooking food making food not changing her gloves couldn’t answer any of the questions that I the Manager seem to be very young unapologetic from the front door to the back of the kitchen disgusting that place needs to be shut down immediately and cleaned out the grills. Disgusting the countertop disgusting the glass over-the-counter glass nasty…. I went there at roughly about 4:30 in the afternoon ultimately not getting anything….. ended up visiting a location in Pasadena about 9pm everything was still fresh. My food was way cheaper store was very clean for it to be the end of the night. It looks like they cleaned up throughout! As they should maybe this manager needs to go get some training from the Manager and Pasadena.
