This is the first time I’ve been to this place and I got charged extra for something I didn’t get. I specifically ordered half carne and half chicken in my bowl. The person that made my order did as requested.
I went to the counter to pay for my food but the person at the register just charged me with an extra carne asada. I went there and asked why I got charged extra and she said yeah I saw you ordered extra carne which the other lady denied. When her first lie didn’t work out she said well we put you extra Gacamole which I did not have nor ordered . After all that , I was told they can’t issue refund and get this “they don’t know how to issue one” . I said I’m not going without my refund and they said ok wait a little while we sort this out . The manager proceeded to call someone on the phone to ask on how to issue refunds and they spend a good minute just playing with the register while people are waiting . Even with all that, the way they issued refunds is as if I ordered something else and just refunded that amount that closely matched what I got charged extra for. I’ve got the receipt and all and I’m really not making this up . This is really pure incompetence. Why will someone make up lies about what I ordered because they don’t know how to issue refunds . I do not recommend this place.

This chipotle was messy with dirty tables and food on the floor. Portions were very skimpy compared to any other chipitle. Carnitas was all fat chunks. Quesadilla cheese was still cold and not melted at all. My always hungry 14yo loves chipotle and even he barely ate any of his. Disappointing.

We stopped at the downtown Annapolis Chipotle a couple of times while in town for the boat show, and even though it was extremely busy, the staff handled everything perfectly. They were friendly, efficient, and kept the line moving quickly. Our food came out fast, was fresh, and the restaurant itself was clean with plenty of seating available. It was easy to order, eat, and get on our way without any stress. I’ve visited several Chipotle locations over the years, and this one really stood out — excellent service and great food!

I like love chipotle! I really think training on how to treat customers should be a must! If I ordered something online, my order shouldn’t be done when I pick it up or after 10 people in line. Like I said, I love chipotle but definitely training on customer service should be at top!

I usually ask for generous size portions and usually the servers accommodate. But not this place. Very stingy on amounts given. Small establishment and not many tables. All the tables weren't clean so I had to wipe one down myself.

SOMEBODY CLEAN THIS PLACE. It’s amazing to me that this hasn’t been dealt with. I went here with my 5 year old daughter and was disgusted by how filthy the place is. Every single table is covered in left over food. No one is trying to keep up with the mad. On top of that the service is incredibly slow. There is no urgency even if there is a line out the door. I don’t get it. Corporate, do something already. Yikes.

This is the first chipotle store which made me pay for Guacamole when I ordered for Sofritas bowl. The attendant at cash charged for it and when I wanted to talk with manager on duty, the lady also straight away said no. She also affirmed guacamole is not included in Sofritas and was charged $2.99 for it. I did even show her the menu and google search which states “Sofritas bowl comes with full scoop of Guacomle”. The staff on cash register may not be aware but how come manager on duty ? I am vegetarian and I have been buying Sofritas every single time when I go to Chipotle. It’s not about just $2.99 but rather denying what the menu ingredients the Sofritas bowl comes with.
Vegetarian options: Don’t expect your Sofritas bowl comes with guacamole in this particular store.
Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to, terrible service, small portions, and messy interior. I’ve ordered and been to it >20 times since it’s the only one in the area but it definitely sucks

Location is absolutely gross. Food everywhere. On the floor, food all over the counters. Broken soda machines. All the surfaces have food bits everywhere. The serving counters are not maintained. Would not recommend anyone eating here.
