Consistently great and fresh. I order through the Chopt app and they’re always on time and fantastic. Inside is always clean and the staff is always so friendly. It’s at minimum a weekly go to for me.

Ordered through an app and it was delivered fast and perfectly. It was the 1st time eating Chopt and we all loved it. The kids meal was a good deal and the portion was good for my 10yr old boy. We all got bowls and salad, it was fresh and delicious. My favorite part was the dressings, so many to choose from! We tried quite a few and liked them all. My favorite may be the mexican goodess.

I’m editing my review. It’s like the place when downhill since our last visit. My order was wrong and the romaine was brown and wilted. Not much flavor at all. We go to Towson and have great salads. Very disappointed. I hope it improves.

My husband and I tried it for the first time the other day and it was great. We decided to just go with a salad and it’s a big portion, definitely worth the money.

Ordered online for curbside at Annapolis location, the wait time was very accurate 10-15 min. Only waited 1min before staff brought out my order. The Mediterranean Tahini bowl was amazing & so fresh. The portions are great & I was definitely full halfway through my meal. I will definitely be back again. I wish they had a location in Kent Island but for now it's worth the 25min drive to Annapolis.

I ordered food through the website and selected curbside delivery. I texted the number saying that I had arrive at 7:10pm. An employee delivered food to two other cars next to me and they had just gotten there. By 7:45pm, my food was still not brought to me. I went inside and my bag had been sitting behind the cash register and when I asked about it, he told me that the text never came through. Even though that same employee saw me when he brought out food to the other people so he could have done his due diligence and checked!! So ridiculous and terrible service. I don’t recommend doing curbside pickup if you order ahead of time

The salads are always great but the staff are all unpleasant and have been rude on more than one occasion. Each time I go I am expecting a different experience and am sadly let down. A much better job needs to be done with hiring at this location
