Best waterfront spot in Annapolis. Up top seating (outdoor) is beautiful! We got the lemongrass mussels, cream of crab soup, crabcakes, and wings. One of our favorite meals-possibly EVER! My husband and I are tough critics. This place is amazing and I'm sad I don't live in Annapolis so I can enjoy this meal weekly. Don't skip on the crabcakes or mussels!

Waited 2 hours to get a seat, seafood tower was great but had to wait almost an hour for our order. Don’t know if Michelle our waitress just forgot to put our order in. When she offered us the dessert menu before we got our entrees, we should hav known we were forgotten! Had to wait for the mere 4 bathrooms for 10 minutes. Will not ever be back.

I made reservations for my MIL birthday dinner, I requested outside so we could enjoy the views. Our server and management that was helping jer were amazing and accommodating for our party of 6. We had drinks and shots flowing, and amazing appetizers! The maryland crab soup and the mixed soup(md crab and cream mix) were simply delicious! Got the crab cake sandwich and side salad. Family also raved about the mussles, and crab dip! Definitely recommended

We had a fabulous afternoon at The Choptank. Delicious drinks (lemon crush, yum!). We ordered crab dip, stuffed oysters and carpaccio, all wonderful. The best part (other than the gorgeous rooftop view) was our servers Ashley and Shay. They were so attentive to our group of 8, laughed and interacted with us and really made our experience fun.

Great views!! If wanting table outside with direct water view make reservations. Walked up and was seated immediately but not allowed to switch to open tables due to upcoming reservations. Within the time we were there, there were 4 open tables.
Food was good, didn’t take too long to come out, waitress was knowledgeable and helped make decisions. We ordered the Linguine Frutti di Mare, crab cakes and fried calamari. Would order the Calamari again, especially if you like a little spice.

I arrived at 4:45 pm and we where seated promptly. Our waiter came to take our order. I i quired about the steam crabs; he leaves us for about 10 mins to take our order. When I requested 1/2 dozen of large males. He stated they no longer had crabs. Explain to me at 5:01 pm you are out of crabs at a CRABHOUSE. I have eaten at plenty of crab houses along the MD Eastern shore and never experienced this during season. I was asked by a hostess about my dinbercand I explained my dissatisfaction; she gifted me a gift card for me to return. She was so concern and had such a beautiful professional spirit. I will reach out to ensure, she will be there when I return.

Place was empty. Asked for a view under cover. Got a view of the ice maker and lots of empty tables. My diet coke was good, the bathroom was clean. Went elsewhere and had a fantastic meal.
