Good store as long as you never have to deal with the manager. I was charged $79.99 for a Chuck E. Cheese pass. Never got the points. Manager’s solution buy another pass for $79.99. Cashier neglects to give my child socks for the trampoline zone then gets angry when my child tries to jump without the socks. Manager solution, get defensive, be angry, grumble an apology.

I came in on a wednesday night ! It was not crowded the staff was very friendly & provided outstanding service. Nick even brought my pizza out to me since I had a baby with me ! My son & niece had a great time. The place was also very clean! Icing on the cake was Chuck E coming out to dance & take photos with the kids .

This is a good location, the food was okay but my son is mostly there for the games!
I took my children earlier in the day we had the whole place to ourselves! The service was ok. But the prices are ridiculous ? ?. One hour game card was$30 bucks 2 small dipindots ice-cream was $12. In one hour my kids only got 147 tickets which was not enough to get nothing for both of them. Then when I asked if I could just buy the ticket items they were crazy high. Good place just be prepared to pay some money

It's not like when I was a kid but my kid loves it. Stay away from the wings they are garbage and for 20 dollars for 8 wings that are tiny and taste terrible. Go next door to BWW and get real wings. Come here to let the kids gamble and win terrible prizes and have fun rocking out to 30 year old dated moldy animatronics. Where a kid can be a kid. Service was top notch they took care of us the games are updated and facilities are well kept. There are some things that are dated but it works and the kids don't care.

Mr. Wilson fix the problem that we had with our air hockey machine he has always gone above and beyond to make sure we were happy the staff is very professional I highly recommend you guys come and check out the outfit he’s running you won’t regret it and make sure you get the gold package

Loved this location. Seeing Munch's Make Believe band(2 stage) again after 12 years and my son being able to see them for the first time in his life was very special. This was a father's day gift to me for me, the wife and son to travel 2 hours(from wilmington, de to Annapolis, MD)to come see the animatronics and it was well worth it, also got our summer passes this day and the employee really did a greatjob explaining how it worked and made it a easy buy. This is what Chuck E. Cheese's is ALL about.
