The food was Great!! Albeit, very expensive. The staff was amazing and seemed to enjoy their job. My granddaughter had a grand time at her birthday party. I would highly recommend it. But bring plenty of money.

I called to this location to asked about Sensory Sensitivity Sunday, to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and the lady I spoke with, answered the phone very nicely and allowed me to ask my question which was simply will the door be open at 9 because at another location it didn’t open on time. She hung up on me and did not answer any of my calls after. Deeply disappointed and disgusted by her behavior.

We visited this location for Sensory Sunday as a change from going to the Glen Burnie location. It became quickly evident that the customer service was worse in Annapolis. There were 4 staff members with 3 families present for the 9am early opening. It took several minutes to get any service to check in, order food or use the tickets. One of the machines broke during play and I let staff know so they could fix it/mark it as such and I was asked "what you want" in response. Unfortunate service and will not return.

I originally came here from Greenbelt in Prince Georges to pay my farewells to my beloved animatronics. (CEC I hate you so much for removing them) And it was surely memorable. The price was cheaper then the ones in PG, but the food and pizza is better there. I loved the pizza, it came out nice and hot, but like I said, it was better back home. I observed it lacked the seasoning on the crust. The location also had a 2-Stage and is 1 of the last 2 locations in Maryland to still have the bots. Helen was growing MOLD on her face, and you could clearly see it. Munch was molding too but not as much. Pasqually was also dead too. Not moving at all. The space was super small, but the games were good. It was also VERY CLEAN, (other than the mold) honestly, a great experience for me to watch my childhood replay for the final time.Kid-friendliness: Literally a restaurant made for kids.

The size of the location is perfect, not too big and not too small. It is divided nicely into two sections, one of younger kids games and old kids games -- which is great for us since we have younger kids. It is easy to navigate and keep eyes on the kids (vs a place like hyperkids where it's chaos!) Love the stamps at the door to make sure who comes together/leaves today -- but both times we've been, nonody was checking the stamps as we left. Must add that the pizza is verg tasty too. This is a great, safe place to have fun with the kiddos!

I bought my baby here for his second birthday, I bought 3 cards 30 mins each ($60) 5 minutes literally 5 minutes into the day one of the kids lose the card and I ask if they can replace the card out of curiosity we just bought it I had my receipt. She says no. Management sucks respectfully.

Chuck E. Cheese is a great place to bring your kids to have some fun time. It’s not that big, but it’s not small either. There are a lot of different games that you can choose from and there is food as well.Their pizza is pretty good. They also have salads. Ice cream and as I said the games are a big hit!You can try it. I posted a lot of pictures of the games. They also offer packs for celebrating birthdays.I think it would be a good option!!!

The girl who charges has an angry face that made me want to leave. They are not asked to be smiling but at least not to be rude and bitter.

Chuck e cheese isn't what it used to be. This particular one isn't what it used to be. The pizza is ok, but there's no ball pit, no tubes, no beer... And Chuck was about as boring as I've ever seen him. Dude walked out with slumped shoulders and barely danced.

Poorly Ran. They offer Sensory Sundays once a month. My wife called a few days ahead of time to make sure it is still on since they have forgot in the past or say they rescheduled when we showed up. They confirmed that it was a go for this Sunday. It is now 9:23 and they said well someone will be in to open up at the normal time... Now I have an autistic son who is flipping out because this is his favorite place, but they have him locked out of the building for the next hour.
