Sign says kids eat free, lady didn’t Believe I had a son. Paid for my food and when my son arrived they didn’t give me shit. lol dude man looked sick to coughing all over the food .. 🤢

The staff were incredibly rude and unfriendly. We politely asked if they could make fresh coffee since there was none available, and the response we got was, “Either buy two or I won’t make coffee.”
That kind of attitude is completely unacceptable. Very disappointing customer service.

Not the ladies fault bit whoever is the store manager is needs to update the price board. Lady said the prices were higher than advertised which is dishonest and against laws. Lady shows a doesn't care attitude but I tried to be nice. Place has changed.

Today Sunday June 15 my family and I went to the stand to purchase Cinnabons. It was a male working the register and female hovering. I asked for Cinnabon cookies that were in the cookie case and she snatched it up and put it on the back table along with other Cinnabons for herself. The male preceded to tell me they were out while laughing.

Ordered within a reasonable time through door dash. My driver got there 10 minutes before closing and they refused to give him my order and said they were closed. This is the 3rd time this has happened within a couple of months. GET IT TOGETHER CINNABON!🤡

I order through Doordash, it's really obvious of what my order was. I ordered two different rolls and only received one of them. I don't know who packed it but it really needs to be a person to check this before the bag gets sealed up. Even the driver could have said something like this bag feels light.

Cinnabon of Annapolis worse bun of all time. Raw on the inside. The cashier tried to tell me it was cooked. Smh. I am a baker and I know dough when I taste it. Don’t waste $6.19 unnecessary. Had to get a refund after first bite. God aweful.

I asked the lady for two pecan Cinnabon. I said please put a little bit of caramel on one and leave no caramel on the other. The one that was supposed to have a little bit of caramel had no pecan I went back and asked for peacon she then heavily layered it with caramel. I asked why did dhe do that she said she could make another one then proceeded to give me the smallest one in there. This will be the last time I go to Cinnabon

The manager on duty this afternoon (1/1/24) is the worst. What a poor representation of what a manager is! Today I went to purchase 4 Cinnabons. I asked if I could get the hot ones under the light, the cashier that was assisting me explained that if I purchased the ones from under the light I would be charged for them individually and reassured me that the ones in the pack were baked today. I was a little disappointed however, it’s the store’s policy. I digressed and asked for an extra cup of frosting as a courtesy. The manager walked up and said “No”. I explained to her my reasons for asking if I could get it for free. I mean, I’m buying cold Cinnabons with one small cup of icing. Asked her why and her response was we already giving you one as if she’s doing me a favor. No smile, very cold and blunt with her responses. I asked for the general manager’s information and she gave me someone else’s name. I refunded my complete order.

? ? & BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE + My Buns Were half COOKED
This is one treat the entire family looks forward to. After having dinner at a local restaurant right there at the mall we got a four pack of the large Cinnabon‘s to go and they were absolutely delicious. The staff was very friendly and very efficient as we had to wait in line but the staff worked at a fast pace to keep the line moving. I highly recommend this location
