The food and service was great. The staff is always willing to accommodate any dietary requirements.
We sat at the Bar bartender was awesome (didn't get her name) food and wine were delicious
Service and food excellent. Server (Kia) courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Menu and wine choices are great. Seated at a table we didn't particularly prefer, the hostess changed us to a much better location without us asking, taking that extra customer service step.
The restaurant was obviously short staffed, as our dinner came and the appetizer plates were still on the table, so our small table was overcrowded: then the waiter brought us to go containers for our appetizer during g our dinner. The service was disorganized and really dampened the mood. The saving grace - the food was delicious and the wine of course was wonderful. I made a special trip to Annapolis Coopers Hawk to pick up my wine- as I Lu e I. Westchester, NY. You can imagine my disappointment.
Food never disappoints! Love the chef recommendations. Server brought our check w/o asking if we wanted coffee, cordial, or dessert. We probably would have ordered, but once we had the check we decided we didn't need it. No harm really and did not 'take away' from our experience, but would have been nice to have been asked.
I've been a loyal CH member since 2015. Unfortunately, this was by far my worst experience. This location needs a variety of better leadership, training and ensuring a great customer experience. I returned the filet twice and the cook finally got it right after I told the manager and he, himself, took care of the issue. Not a great experience. Sadly, I'll never visit this CH location again.
My waitress, Ana, provided exceptional service. She made my experience extremely positive.
Food was outstanding. Service was ok. I am always irritated that we arrive with a reservation, no one else is waiting to be seated, half the restaurant is empty and we still have to wait to be seated , while the 3 girls at the reception desk just stand there and chit chat with each other. Happens every time. Never gets better. We were seated next to a large loud party. We had the same waitress, so another waiter was courteous enough to get us started with waters and then also taking our order. I would have rather given him a tip. Why were we seated there???
The service was outstanding. We had our two year granddaughter with us and they were very kind and thoughtful with her needs. Our daughter's birthday celebration was a success. The food was absolutely delicious. Thank you so much for making our expreience so wonderful.
Food was served with Ceasar sald and flat bread on the same plate. The salad had sat in the warmer with the flat bread and was disgusting. We ordered food and it came but we still had no silverware. Manager was super busy apoligizing to multiple tables. What happened ti the bus staff... we saw none severs were busing. We have been rwgukars and members since opening. Due to our busy life styke we haven"t vusited for awhile but our fried whi was a wine club member prior to the Annapolis opening told us she was there about a year ago and service wasn't good. UNDERSTAFFED.. Disappointed is your brand failing?

We had a manager servicing our table. He was awesome and very attentive. We had a great experience.
I'm being overly generous by giving 3 stars for the service. We did not receive brunch menus and when we went back to ask for them, the hostess just pointed to them on the counter and we had to get them ourselves Service was slow, we waited almost 15 minutes after being seated before someone came by and gave us water and another 10 mins for our actual server (Deja B) to show up and take orders for appetizers and she left before we could order additional ones. Several times we had to request someone to get her so we could order our entrees and 25 minutes later food came out slowly, 2 meals at a time, it was approximately 10 minutes more before everyone had there mess and drinks. We've enjoyed meals here previously and this is the worse experience we've ever had.
I wish there was a free option for rewards..we started out wine tasting. 3/8 tastings were completely flat. The soy ginger salmon comes with wasabi mashed potatoes but came with Mary's potato's instead. My added medallion was cooked medium but I asked for a Parmesan topped one and that's not what I got..we still enjoy coming to Cooper's hawk for date nights pretty frequently.
Lovely table outside and wonderful service. But we would not return because the quality of food was so below average. Limp salad, overdone flatbread missing advertised cheese and a mahi sandwich with a mahi piece the size of two dominoes. Literally disappeared in the bun. Disappointing.
I recently visited Cooper's Hawk in Annapolis because it's always been my favorite location — I usually have a wonderful experience here. Unfortunately, this time they really overpromised and underdelivered. I had a reservation for 8:30 PM but didn't get seated until 9 PM. I understand weekends can get busy, but the whole point of making a reservation is to avoid standing around for half an hour. Once we were finally seated, our server seemed busy and just tired. When she brought our bread, she didn't bring a knife. When I asked for one, she seemed agitated, which made things uncomfortable right from the start. Then came the biggest letdown: the wait for my food was extremely long — only for it to arrive cold. I ordered the Surf and Turf, which I got with the Parmesan-Crusted Medallions and the scallop gratin — one of my absolute favorite combinations. I expected it to come out hot and fresh, but it was cold when it hit the table. When the server came back, I explained that my food was cold and made it clear I did not want it reheated in the microwave. About five minutes later, they brought my dish back — the plate itself was scorching hot, but the food was still cold. The manager came out to apologize and said the server misunderstood me and reheated the same dish. That made no sense, but I didn't even want to argue about it. The third time, my dish finally came back warm — but by then, it was tasteless. The medallions had no flavor at all, and the scallop gratin was clumpy and had more croutons than scallops. I didn't even bother complaining again because I didn't want to waste more time being disappointed. I'm sharing this because I genuinely love Cooper's Hawk Annapolis and know they can do better — they have before. I really hope they tighten up the service and food quality because I'd love to keep coming back. I'll give it another try eventually, but this visit left me extremely disappointed.
