I love Cooper's Hawk. As a small chain restaurant, they manage to keep consistency across their locations. I visited the Annapolis location with no reservation on a Sat morning. They were very accommodating and extremely kind. Service is A1. I ordered the Cranberry spritz (pretty good), the spaghetti and meatballs (extremely flavorful) and the seasonal carrot cake (delicious). Cooper's Hawk is my go-to when I want guaranteed service and good food when stopping through the DMV.

Sat at the bar and received excellent service. They were very accommodating. The bar tenders helped me pick the perfect wine and gave me a few samples to help (all the wines were delicious but the Lux was my favorite). The Napa Chicken salad was delicious and the bartenders made me feel welcome and safe (which as a woman who eats alone is very important to me). I will definitely be coming back every time I am in the area. The restaurant as a whole is very nice and providers just the right level of ambiance for a quick lunch or a dinner.

Three of us had a wonderful meal last evening! Sabrina was our amazing server and took excellent care of us! One diner had the shrimp and scallop risotto which he loved! One of us had the trio of medallions which she loved and I had the skirt steak with chimichurri sauce which was tender and delicious! We started the meal by sharing the Drunken Shrimp - so good! The wine of the month from the slopes of Mt. Etna was an excellent selection for seafood and beef. The Crème Brûlée was perfect as was the Chocolate and Wine (which features three different wines for after dinner drinking. Thanks again, Sabrina! Hope to see you again!

Made reservations for a party of 12 a few weeks advance. All my party was there on time and we still had to wait 15 minutes before being seated. The floor was dirty, where we were seated. Although our server was super kind, the service was slow. We ordered immediately, but it took about 30 to 40 minutes to get our food. Three of my guest received their food 30 minutes after the rest of the table received their food. They gave my guest a free bottle of wine and us for the inconvenience. I had really high expectations and was disappointed. Maybe it would be better if it had a smaller party. Also, note if you like your food well done, it will be well done and slightly overdone. Our burgers and steak were almost burnt.
Always good food and service. But it is so noisy. Fine dining prices but a bar noise level. Go if you don't want to have a conversation or romantic dinner.

Monet was a huge help and really helped me out with setting up my digital membership account, this location has always been my go-to for the experience and atmosphere. Had a lovely wine tasting downstairs, my best friend and I come here all the time but specifically this time we had the best experience with Monet, she was super friendly and knowledgeable about the wines we asked about and we really felt like we had a well rounded and guided tasting experience.
