Customer service is not important to this buisness. Came to use my coupon and was told they couldn’t honor it. I drove 25 minutes for that cookie. They said blame T-Mobile when clearly it’s a partnership with crumbl.

I put in a preorder hours before hand and when I show up to the get my order the associate comes up to me and tells me they don’t have part of my order. I told him that I ordered hours earlier and he just walks away and shouts to the back that he needs help. The next person comes up to the counter and say the same thing to me. I tell him to cancel the part of the order they don’t have and all he tells me that he can’t do that. He just stares at me and then tells me again what they don’t have. I then decided to cancel the whole order which apparently they can do. I’m one of those ‘gold’ members and it even says it in the order sign but I guess it doesn’t really matter.
I would recommend that no one preorder because it doesn’t get you anything but trouble.
