Customer service is not important to this buisness. Came to use my coupon and was told they couldn’t honor it. I drove 25 minutes for that cookie. They said blame T-Mobile when clearly it’s a partnership with crumbl.
Very busy/crowded but super worth it. Very happy with my purchase…. LOVE IT! Ordered online ahead of time, about 30 minutes or so before i got there. Still took an extra 40 minutes and there was rowdy teenagers inside as well, can’t expect much though.
Arrived later in the evening. Ordering is done all by computer....but I had coupons. I waited for someone to acknowledge me for a bit ...I actually had to call for them. Many folks were cleaning in the back and those that helped me were very nice.
