I used this dominoes for catering for students a few times a week. But no more. The main reason being the employee straight up telling me lies. I pre ordered for 1230 pm. App said it was delivered at 1226, but no delivery. Called the store after 15 minutes of the phone ringing someone answered and was hostie immediately I'm staying here still waiting for my 5 pizzas.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Avoid this location at all costs. I ordered a pizza at 11pm, it’s now 1 am and I have not received my order. I’m going to need to dispute the charge with my bank. The restaurant does not answer the phone, and the tracking in the app said the order was delivered after it didn’t track a single step that was taking place during the whole process. These guys sucks.

It took an hour from the time the driver left the store to deliver my pizza (according to the “tracker”). A total of 86 minutes from when I placed the order. I am less than 1 mile from the store. The driver called from the front desk of the hotel and refused to bring my order to my room that was on the first floor about 25 feet from the desk. The dominos “insurance” link conveniently doesn’t work. The customer service link conveniently doesn’t work either. I tried the app and the website. $45 to get a room temperature pizza and a salad that is too warm to safely consume. Really tired of overpriced food, no customer service, and false advertisement of FAKE quality guarantees. I can’t even recoup the tip since it was paid in advance on the app.

Drivers indicate completed order without actually completing delivery. Call store, the lady says one thing. When the driver finally arrives 30 minutes later than the app suggested, he has a different story.

I ordered a pizza. 41.00. It took them 1 and a half hours to diliver to hotel. They delivered it to the wrong room.. he called said what happened I said well then refund my money...he said it was delivered to the hotel so no refund that I should go get it..I went down to the room they delivered it. No pizza... he said he would try to talk to Manger and get refund.. more to follow... I would suggest order a hamburger from somewere else. Lol

I called the store and the man who answered was incredibly rude. He cut me off, said “it’s on the way,” and HUNG UP on me. What kind of customer service is that? Absolutely unacceptable.
I want a proper explanation, a REAL update on where my food is, and I expect compensation for this complete mess. This is the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. DO BETTER.

I love all my reward deals. I am getting from this place definitely worth looking into the coupons. They offer couldn’t find anything cheaper and anything that tastes better than Domino’s Pizza. They are also very quick.

She was so awesome with promptness and accuracy and Customer Service and just above and beyond anticipating any needs literally made my day so I appreciate having people that don’t mind going above and beyond still out here. i picked up an overcooked, wrong style of pizza on my lunch break. discovered it once i got back to my store. I called and had them remake it while wasting all of my break time. the manager, Amber decided to be rude about my decision to bring the pizza back bc it "wasn't burnt, just the wrong cut of pizza" when the cheese was literally browned and the pizza was stiff. i did not come in to argue or be mean at all. she needs to be reprimanded one way or another.
