I ordered a pizza. 41.00. It took them 1 and a half hours to diliver to hotel. They delivered it to the wrong room.. he called said what happened I said well then refund my money...he said it was delivered to the hotel so no refund that I should go get it..I went down to the room they delivered it. No pizza... he said he would try to talk to Manger and get refund.. more to follow... I would suggest order a hamburger from somewere else. Lol

I am beyond furious with Domino’s right now. I ordered a medium pizza with six slices BEFORE 7 PM, and now it’s 9 PM and I STILL haven’t received anything. To make matters worse, your website says the order was DELIVERED. Are you serious?
I called the store and the man who answered was incredibly rude. He cut me off, said “it’s on the way,” and HUNG UP on me. What kind of customer service is that? Absolutely unacceptable.
I want a proper explanation, a REAL update on where my food is, and I expect compensation for this complete mess. This is the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. DO BETTER.

I love all my reward deals. I am getting from this place definitely worth looking into the coupons. They offer couldn’t find anything cheaper and anything that tastes better than Domino’s Pizza. They are also very quick.

i picked up an overcooked, wrong style of pizza on my lunch break. discovered it once i got back to my store. I called and had them remake it while wasting all of my break time. the manager, Amber decided to be rude about my decision to bring the pizza back bc it "wasn't burnt, just the wrong cut of pizza" when the cheese was literally browned and the pizza was stiff. i did not come in to argue or be mean at all. she needs to be reprimanded one way or another.

The location was pretty hard for my fiance to find. When I called, they were friendly... but kinda talked over me. The food was decent but a little overdone. Still a great choice for my son's birthday party.
I called well over an hr before thet closed at 10:30 pm some one screamed hold on them put me on hold I continued to wait on hold for 45min they the call dropped sorry to say at this point I'm not going back to this restaurant anymore I always have problems at dominos

Just seemed the pizza was not fresh out of the oven- in fact, I could see the one they gave me had been sitting for like ten minutes on the bottom section of the oven. By the time I got it home, it was cold. I will not return to this store...I can also say, quality is very inconsistent; it's a shame because when it's done well, the Dominos pizza is excellent.

I ordered online and was charged. My order then was randomly cancelled and it told me to call the store for more information. I wa on the phone for 15 minutes and no one answered. Never got my pizza and was very sad about that.

Can't tell the difference between hand toss and thin crust.. Couldn't imagine skimpier sauce portioning, Garlic dipping sauce was disgusting.. Delivery driver was nice.

As a long-term resident of Annapolis, I am thankful for a second location for Domino’s Pizza! Cons: the delivery still does not go (2mins away) to neighborhoods near Bywater Rd off of Forest Dr. (something the only other location hasn’t ever done, so if you are excited that they will come to you now, it is still not an option??) — Not spacious inside, so wait your turn outside if you have issues with close proximity
Pros: — Orders are always correct???? — Very Clean ?????? — Inviting employees — Great cooking, taste, and look to food?? — Quick?????? — Easy online ordering
