Very bad place, I ordered a pizza and I received another order, I spoke to the manager and I didn't get my correct pizza.

My pizza was undercooked and gross. It looked like they threw it into the box after cooking it for only 4 minutes in a luke warm oven. Horrible. But the staff was kinda friendly after serving me raw pizza. No thanks dominos.

This place’s staff is terrible at honoring requests. For the 2 years I’ve lived in the neighborhood where they deliver I always ask for no garlic seasoned crust and they always deliver it with it on. So I called today to inquire if they saw the request on the order to have no garlic seasoned crust on what I ordered they confirmed and then still delivered with the garlic seasoning on it. I’m so confused. Are they just like going through the motions on what they are doing and not really reading the tickets?

After a long day on the water, we didn’t feel like cooking dinner & decided to order a pizza from Domino's Pizza on Bay Ridge Road, Annapolis. We were told ~25 minutes for delivery, and after cutting some slack in case they were busy, called an hour later for a status check – only to be told it was delivered 45 minutes earlier. The doorbell never rang, there was no knock on the door – no indication of delivery. Upon opening my front door, I found our pizza, cold & with ants crawling over it.I asked to talk to the manager & waited another 10 minutes before the driver got on the line & claimed he had dashcam video of me accepting the pizza. When I called out the dashcam video as a lie, he eventually claimed they are not allowed to ring the doorbell or knock on doors because customers don’t like that. I also asked him to describe the house he delivered to, and he noted a front porch that had two chairs on it – which we do not have.I don’t appreciate being called a liar & I don’t appreciate being lied to. This store will never get another order from me.

My food looked sad and helpless … I usually go to papa John’s and I will be sticking to them from now on. Yall disrespected these cinnamon twist they’re dry AF with no icing cup! My pizza is literally falling apart I can’t even hold it . It’s tear apart pizza ATP SMH 0

Had an issue last night w/ my order being delivered to the wrong address. Not only did they replace my order, the driver went back to get the first one!! I think it says a lot about a place by how they fix mistakes, and this place handled it super well!!

I ordered two pizzas from this place and they gave me wrong orders. When I called Domino's and complained about it. They didn't even care to find out. I called them three times and emailed them two times for which I never got any response from anyone. I love Domino's but I didn't like the way they treat their customers. I think it's only because of their popularity they don't work on their complaints.
