I’ve been ordering from this Dominos most of my life, never had issues. First time ordering since Covid OH MY GOD I don’t think I’ll ever order from this specific dominos again. Took over an hour for my order to be delivered 15 mins down the road, at my house that I’ve never had issues with delivery people delivering before (aka it’s a very easy to find house).
Somehow it took this delivery guy 45 minutes to find my house after he entered my neighborhood. My small, “1 road connects the whole neighborhood” neighborhood. When I called to ask where my pizza was, no one seemed concerned that their driver had been gone for 30+ mins at that point.

Today was the second and last time I will get food from this place waited over an hour for my order and then the driver set my order on the ground outside the building door. He claimed the call went to voicemail but I never heard my phone ranged and it was in front of me. If I get sick I know who to sue.

I’m really not much of a pizza person. But once every month or two, I’ll order from this location because I swear they make the best pizza this New Yorker has ever had. The stuffed cheese crust is embarrassingly delicious. And the people are just so nice and so accommodating. I always tip them extra too cause they’re always kind. Feel free to join me! 2nd time here because of the driving school upsatairs. Both times, big attitude by employees. Tried one more time. Ordered Deluxe, waited about 20 minutes, came out with a Hawaiian - don’t even sound alike. Gave me attitude again when corrected them. Just asked for my money back. This place wand their shitty attitudes will mess up your appetite. Go elsewhere! This place sucks!

My pizza was undercooked and gross. It looked like they threw it into the box after cooking it for only 4 minutes in a luke warm oven. Horrible. But the staff was kinda friendly after serving me raw pizza. No thanks dominos.

This place’s staff is terrible at honoring requests. For the 2 years I’ve lived in the neighborhood where they deliver I always ask for no garlic seasoned crust and they always deliver it with it on. So I called today to inquire if they saw the request on the order to have no garlic seasoned crust on what I ordered they confirmed and then still delivered with the garlic seasoning on it. I’m so confused. Are they just like going through the motions on what they are doing and not really reading the tickets?
