They completely messed up my order. I asked for an old fashioned donut and they tried to give me a glazed donut. They did refund my money for the donut when I pointed out that they gave me the wrong one and was told that they didn’t have the type that I ordered. I asked for hot black coffee and didn’t realize until I drove away that they gave me coffee with cream in it that I can’t drink and had to throw out.

While I was waiting in line, I watched the manager, Ana Hernandez help an elderly deaf woman by communicating to her with sign language, and the woman couldn’t have been more delighted. I was seriously touched, watching this. I’ve held a dim view of the world lately, and this made me question that.

Ordered a pumpkin latte that tasted like pure milk. On top of it the workers weren’t all too friendly. If you don’t know how to make a good tasting coffee then don’t work as a barista.

Drive through is fantastic. I was worried about being late for work but it was 3 minutes from end of line to done and there were 5 cars in front of me. I recommend absolutely everything on the menu too!

My mobile order is always ready and tastes good! I receive good customer service for someone that’s there around 6:15 AM and not awake myself yet. The drive thru can be a little awkward to navigate but haven’t had any issues yet. I wish them the best of luck and happy they’re in the neighborhood.
