I travel a lot for work and was in Annapolis and needed coffee. Most fast food places I go are either short staffed or every one seems miserable. The Team at this Dunkin works really well together, and every one genuinely seemed to like their job. The coffee was hot (not burnt) and the sandwich was tasty. Great experience.

They completely messed up my order. I asked for an old fashioned donut and they tried to give me a glazed donut. They did refund my money for the donut when I pointed out that they gave me the wrong one and was told that they didn’t have the type that I ordered. I asked for hot black coffee and didn’t realize until I drove away that they gave me coffee with cream in it that I can’t drink and had to throw out.

While I was waiting in line, I watched the manager, Ana Hernandez help an elderly deaf woman by communicating to her with sign language, and the woman couldn’t have been more delighted. I was seriously touched, watching this. I’ve held a dim view of the world lately, and this made me question that.

Ordered a pumpkin latte that tasted like pure milk. On top of it the workers weren’t all too friendly. If you don’t know how to make a good tasting coffee then don’t work as a barista.

Drive through is fantastic. I was worried about being late for work but it was 3 minutes from end of line to done and there were 5 cars in front of me. I recommend absolutely everything on the menu too!
