I bought an ice coffee as always but there was a man who has a mustache who helped me but he was too arrogant I told him to make extra cream for my drink I almost don't like it well loaded but he looked so ugly and started telling me about things I told him to give me more milk than I was going to pay extra. I felt very bad because the others who work there already know me and they always prepare my drink the way I like it. Very bad service is given by that man who served me today 😡

Love this Dunkin, excellent customer service, food is always made correct, my iced and hot coffee is always delicious. My blueberry muffins are always hot and fresh. The owner gifted me a mug and key chains bc i treated a homeless lady before. Only Dunkin I will spend my money at. Great job everyone. Parking is a little crazy at times but that’s okay bc the customer service makes up for it.

The owner and employee who attended us were incredibly kind and thoughtful. I went in upset over part of an order not being available and left wanting to drive 45 minutes out of my way to visit again. They seem to really care about their business, and I wish them the best.

Ordered online for a work meeting, gave extra prep time and 20 min later after pick up time they still hadn't checked for online orders. Told me their wasn't one, after much debate found order. Said it would be made promptly but instead waiting on 4 more customers first. Owners arrives and told it will be made immediately. Poorly packed and I rushed out not checking. Half the order not there and so late I cant go back. Customer service Initially seemed helpful, submitted receipts for refund that was never received. Followed up several time and corp quit responding saying the local franchise would be In touch and never did. I dont recommend this place and after the experience the overall company.
