I used the kiosk, waited 5 minutes and patrons that arrived after me and ordered in person still got their 6 complex coffee items before I received my breakfast sandwich.

I visited this location before heading to work and ordered a medium hot chocolate. Unfortunately, the cup was not filled properly, leaving it significantly underfilled. For $3.19, I expected a full serving. I hope management addresses this to ensure better consistency and value for customers.
During the drive through the cashier was very rude we ask how much our order cost he just point at the screen we ask for napkins and he gave us attitude. Not professional staff

I genuinely love this location I just wish for $3.99 they would add more than 6-8 hash browns in the fully loaded hash browns they sell. The cup is barely half.

This Dunkin always seems to get one of our orders wrong no matter how simple they are. And the taste is off as well. We prefer to go to the one on Riva Rd now because of this, which is further of a drive for us.

Refused to accept my dunkin app. and then kept my change. Once I tasted my coffee was super confused because it tasted like burnt blueberry. I haven't been here in years and remember the drink quality to be poor. Sad this is still the case and the only dunkin with a drive thru around.
