I visited this location before heading to work and ordered a medium hot chocolate. Unfortunately, the cup was not filled properly, leaving it significantly underfilled. For $3.19, I expected a full serving. I hope management addresses this to ensure better consistency and value for customers.

This Dunkin always seems to get one of our orders wrong no matter how simple they are. And the taste is off as well. We prefer to go to the one on Riva Rd now because of this, which is further of a drive for us.

Refused to accept my dunkin app. and then kept my change. Once I tasted my coffee was super confused because it tasted like burnt blueberry. I haven't been here in years and remember the drink quality to be poor. Sad this is still the case and the only dunkin with a drive thru around.

Food is as expected, it's Dunkin' Donuts. Service is typically poor, they always talk over you when you're trying to order and you have to repeat yourself multiple times. They don't seem to listen particularly well either as I've had plenty of situations where I had to tell them the order is wrong on the screen. It's Dunkin' Donuts.

I was told my card was declined during a transaction, I thought this was very strange but handed over a different card anyways. A few days later I find out that my first payment did go through and the transaction was not declined. Watch out so they don’t do make you pay twice too!

This is the worst DD in a 60 mile radius. Service is usually slow and they make you feel like you are interrupting them. The guy at the drive through was too busy talking on his phone to say one word.
