Food is as expected, it's Dunkin' Donuts. Service is typically poor, they always talk over you when you're trying to order and you have to repeat yourself multiple times. They don't seem to listen particularly well either as I've had plenty of situations where I had to tell them the order is wrong on the screen. It's Dunkin' Donuts.

Our dunkin's donuts and breakfast sandwiches are normally pretty on point. I personally dont partake in coffee, so I can't speak to that's quality. They are generally pretty fast. However, currently, inside their order terminals are broken, and it shows in the speed of service I hope their facilities manager gets to that soon.

This Dunkin’ was willing to correct my order that was made incorrectly at another location I had stopped at on my way to work (didn’t realize until I had pulled back into the road to continue my commute). They were helpful and accommodating and now I drive out of my way to stop here instead of Edgewater. Thanks for making my day!
