The manager is very patient and always tries to make the customer feel appreciated. Erica is one of the nicest people in the drive thru. Very helpful and always has a nice smile.

Incredibly rude staff, the one woman behind the counter that appears to be the manager is rude every morning when she's busy, she yelled across the store at a man because he did not pick up his order at the counter fast enough. Today I ordered a large coffee and got a medium, the other day they forgot to include the bagels I ordered in my bag. Not worth going someplace where they mess up your order and are rude.

It's 7:25 p.m. and I'm looking at whoever Works here's car sitting here in the parking lot but the doors are closed. No drive-thru service either. The listing says they close at 8:00 p.m. and if they close earlier they need to put that in their online store information. You lost a good customer because I'm here a lot.

Try another Dunkin’ because this is not the one. My muffin was moldy and they refused to give me another one and said it was my fault. Their kitchen is gross and definitely would fail an inspection. Just go somewhere else.

Got an iced coffee this morning and just as I’m about to finish it I hear something in it. After some swirling, there is a fake rhinestone at the bottom of my coffee. I am absolutely disgusted as this rhinestone was in someone’s jewelry. Can you imagine if I would’ve swallowed it? I usually come to this location several times a week but I will not be back.
Update- went in to speak with a manager at 3:20 and was told there was not one on duty so I will be reaching out to corporate.
