Worst Dunkin location. You could be standing in line and they say nothing to you and continue their own little personal conversations behind the counter while you're just standing there waiting to place an order... they dont say hello or gimmie a second.. do you know what you'd like... nothing... not even a please wait a moment or anything.. I always hear great things about this Dunkin but my experience was terrible. I did a mobile order and while it was ready when I walked in I was pleased! Then I try to thank the employees and no one says a word back to me. The coffee I ordered is absolutely terrible and not at all what it was supposed to be and I knew I should’ve went to Wawa where I can make my own coffee and I can pay way less for way more as well. Just not please with the hospitality or the ability to make a good coffee.

I don't know what's going on with this place lately. I've been coming here every weekend for a couple years and they've always been awesome. But over the past few months, my order is consistently wrong, the drinks are awful, the food is rushed and under cooked. And there's never any attempt to fix anything. If something is wrong I have to order and pay for a second drink, second sandwich, etc. Which I usually have to fix myself when I get home anyway

This location is absolutely terrible. I have ordered delivery multiple times and every time my order has been messed up. Each time I order the snackin’ bacon, I’m lucky if the bag is even halfway full. The bagel bites are hard and sometimes they just throw in the completely wrong item. No one at the store ever answers the phone. I’ve called customer service to report issues and they said they would pass along feedback, but clearly that hasn’t happened or the employees just don’t care.

This Dunkin has nice employees but then coffee has been bad since probably 2019. I kept asking myself...why do I come here for coffee. It's watered down or something. I go to the one off west street and I actually get caffeine.
