I love this store and the concept. Eat Sprout has an ample variety of delicious pre-made local/organic/gluten free meals you can take home and quickly heat up (if necessary). Super easy and convenient! Tonight I had the Southwest Turkey & Quinoa w/street corn w/lime crema and it was delicious! They have bunch of delicious and clean snacks. This was my first experience of Eat Sprouts. My daughter took me after having an amazing salad there. On this day, we picked up two great salads and four different reheatable meal options, including vegetarian, chicken and beef selections, for my parents for dinner—so two nights worth! They enjoyed each one.
We also grabbed a chocolate peanut butter treat for the road. Everything was fresh and flavorful. The variety was wonderful.

Exactly what Annapolis has been missing- in a world of burgers and fries, fast food options this healthy, made from scratch, high protein meal prepped cafe lies. We tried it on a whim, and loved everything we got- finally a complete meal packed to go that is filled with flavor, no added junk, and inexpensive.
