My mom and her friends have been going to this restaurant for years, always with pleasant experiences. However, she has noticed The quality of service declining. This week she was served soup in a cracked and chipped bowl. She pointed this out to the server two times and nothing was done. It was almost as if the server didn’t care. Mom has decided she doesn’t wanna go back for a while.

I love a good breakfast spot. Over the past few years, we've made a point to stop here while passing through the area, and it never disappoints. Coffee refills, eggs and omelettes to order, freshly made waffles, and really great breakfast potatoes! It's always clean, quick, and just a nice place to be.

Fantastic experience at Eggcellence! Their Eggs Benedict was absolutely delicious - perfectly cooked and seasoned. The cafe itself is very pleasant and impressively clean. Highly recommend!

The atmosphere is pretty , the ladies were very nice , however the food is not that delicious as some folks discribe , its very tasteless , over priced & very little 👇🏼 uncooked .!!! with $15 at big O chains you can have better pancakes, large vegie omellete ecr .. therefore i do not recommend it to breakfast lovers , this place is made only for elderly folks .
The breakfast with eggs, bacon, potatoes and French toast what's fresh and really good Also the French vanilla creamer was an added plus for my coffee. My wife said that her avocado toast was excellent.

We were shocked to learn how long this local establishment has been in Annapolis. The owner kindly brought us a homemade blueberry muffin before our meal was quickly served. The food arrived piping hot, the staff was definitely a team and the prices were so reasonable. Highly recommend. They serve breakfast and lunch.

My husband and I tried this restaurant this morning for the first time. It is much larger inside than it appears.
The decor is very nice with a lot of wood accents.
We were seated promptly, and our server was by almost immediately to offer us coffee. However, things slow down a lot after that.
When the waitress did come back to get our order, my husband ordered the corn beef hash, and I ordered the chocolate chip pancakes with a side of hashbrowns and eggs.
My husband said his meal was OK but the corned beef hash did not have a lot of flavor.
My pancakes were cooked well and had just enough chocolate chips to not be overpowering. The hashbrowns were cooked a little too long and were somewhat dark. However, my sunny side up eggs were cooked appropriately.
Service was very slow and we had to wait quite some time for our waitress to come back to offer us more coffee and then even longer when it was time for our check and to get a box. We found we had to wait quite some time before she came back to offer us a box and bring us our check.
My husband and I were by far the youngest people in the restaurant at the time we were there. It very much seems like a meeting place for seniors. It seems like a lot of those customers or regulars because the waiters and waitresses knew them. So, it seems like a nice Local spot.
As I said, the food was OK, but we were a little disappointed in the service. However, we might have just gone on the wrong day.
If you have been considering giving it a try, I wouldn't let this review stop you. Just keep in mind that you might not want to go if you're in a hurry.

I don't even know where to begin!
Service was the worst we have ever experienced. Asked the waitress what kind of breakfast potatoes they have. She responded "regular potatoes" while shrugging. Then when asking if the corned beef hash was homemade or canned she responded "I don't know, my manager knows stuff like that". The manager ended up telling her what was what after she walked over to her and asked. Then when the food came out, she ordered my husband CRAB HASH instead of CORNED BEEF HASH. After two bites he realized it wasn't corned beef. Had he had an allergy she could have killed my husband. And guess what, I'm allergic to crab. It's a really good thing I didn't try my husband's food, she could have killed me. When we told her about the issue, she shrugged with her blank stare. NO APOLOGY FROM HER OR THE MANAGER!!!!!!! I had to let her know we wouldn't be paying for the crab hash we didn't order.
We always tip 50%, ALWAYS! This was the first time we ever tipped just 20% and I was so reluctant to do that. This girl needs to get a clue!
