I took the opportunity to visit the Annapolis MD location on 12/20 , approximately 9:00 am. I was surprised to see one of your food prep folks wearing a "doo-rag" on his head behind the counter. This type.of product is generally worn on their heads by African Americans when they are sleeping, not out in public. You may see this in very urban areas of the ghetto but generally not at a retail establishment.
Amazing 👏

This bagel was purchased 30 minutes ago. I don’t normally inspect the bagels because I am a consistent customer. The lettuce was unfortunately very wilted and an hour away from being totally rotten. It’s one thing if the lettuce was a small portion of the bagel, but it’s a vegetable medley bagel - the lettuce is half the portion. This could be easily fixed if the server took more than 2 seconds to look at it. I hope this is a one off incidence.

I am sorry to only give a 1 star. Their menu states that there is Gluten Free Bagels, to which there is none. Either (1)Make and offer Gluten Free bagels for the large community who have a Gluten allergy. (2) Remove that you have GF options. You are a bagel store and should offer all options, especially for peope who have Celiac disease.

My go to for lox and bagel
A special shout-out to Seyi and Heidi who continue to make my visits enjoyable. They are extremely friendly and always get my picky orders correct. Bagels are always fresh and so are the sandwiches. There is a broad selection of bagels and baked goods to choose from but try to come early because they do sell out. They also have drinks, sodas, juices and coffee. The shop is always clean and you can now eat inside. I highly recommend this shop and will continue to visit.

Go anywhere else. Sesame bagel with two eggs and ham LITERALLY had no flavor. Twice baked hashbrown is a $2 cheese puff and two Chai Lattes, one hot, one cold, described as having a funky flavor by both. This was supposed to be our stop for “real” food at the mid point of a10 hr drive. Very disappointing.
Had a brisket sandwich in October, still remember it...
