Einstein Bros. Bagels

I was traveling through and stopped in for breakfast. The bagel was very delicious and so was the coffee. The vibe was relaxing and the staff friendly. Place was neat as a pin and very clean. Highly recommend!

the older African American gentlemen,, was rude,, got upset when I asked him if he could please cut my bagel in half,, proceeded to mumble underneath his breath, and was rude handing it back

My first time here. I went to get the $5 breakfast that includes a breakfast bagel sandwich, hashbrown, & blueberry muffin. None of the food was very good. Sandwich was microwaved or something as well as the smashed up hashbrown. The muffin was old or inedible for whatever reason. Maybe the recipe. If the employees were nicer that could have upped the experience, but even they were bland. Also, I went early in the morning and there were still hardly any bagels. I thought this was a bagel place.

Normally good experiences here. Today I ordered an all nighter and a coffee, I wasn't given the coffee, as for the sandwhich, please see the attatched picture. Drenched in sauce and smashed in the bag make it unedible. Fine with paying a little extra, but not for this poor quality.

Always delicious, fast and friendly service. I love the pretzel bagel. Tried their breakfast sandwich, and the brisket was amazing.

These people have a hard time communicating the most simple thing. I asked for a regular iced coffee because the gentleman told me that was the size for the bigger cup. Common sense would have told you to inform the customer there’s only 2 sizes; small and large, if everyone doesn’t follow the same guidelines. I wait for my drink to only find out she made me a small coffee drink. I was in a hurry so I had no time to wait for them to remake it. But come on people, explain the sizes to your customers, very simple. Besides that I enjoy this place.

It's always a favorite. I don't get here much, but when I do. I like to stock up and get one for the road.

I took the opportunity to visit the Annapolis MD location on 12/20 , approximately 9:00 am. I was surprised to see one of your food prep folks wearing a "doo-rag" on his head behind the counter. This type.of product is generally worn on their heads by African Americans when they are sleeping, not out in public. You may see this in very urban areas of the ghetto but generally not at a retail establishment.

Rude and disrespectful staff

This is my second time at this location had worse experience costumer service is really bad asked for more coffee to the employees they act like they don’t even care wait more then 10 minutes , they finally came make some I really love their coffee but I really disappointed ….
