Firenzes has survived many years of changes in the Market House and has continued to be, in my opinion, the best ice cream in Annapolis. This is mainly due to the fact that they put out the best possible product they can. They add new flavors regularly but the mainstays, like coconut and mango, are always available and always delicious. The owner goes out of his way to take care of his customers, and I hope to see him and his shop here for many, many more years to come.

This authentic little gelateria is a fantastic little secret of Annapolis. The experience was reminiscent of some gelaterias I frequented while in Europe. Firenzes offers an eclectic blend of new and familiar flavors making each visit unique. The portion-sizes are generous considering the rich flavors of the gelato & sorbet. It can get a bit noisy as the stand is tucked into the back corner of the Market Space, but there are tables and chairs outside, or visitors can eat while walking the streets of Annapolis. Will definitely visit again!
