I've dined here many times, burgers are cooked fresh, and prepared to order. I wish they cooked there fries a tad longer. Occasionally they will drop frys cooked to my preferred food doneness.Staff is always friendly and attentive.

We love the food, always be careful ordering, if you dont know a normal burger is 2 patties, and a "little" is 1 patty, my only issue is the prices have gone up so much its a once in a long while stop for us, if you have 2-3 people order one large fry and share as the extra scoop is more than enough to cover 3

This is the worst five guys I have ever been to and maybe the last time I ever go to a five guys. This is in the mall in Annapolis. While my burger was cooking, they sat a pile of wet lettuce on my bun, as well as squirting, quite a bit of ketchup and mustard on the bread so by the time the sandwich was put together. The bread was wet as if it had been dumped in water and tasted like dough, and I had to take itapart and throw away the bread. It was disgusting.

Always a good burger and fries. Would give 5* but the price keeps that from happening. I know what raw goods cost because I run a foodservice operation and $22 for a burger, fries and a soda in a food court setting g is too high in my opinion.

Five guys, excellent burgers , beef hot dogs and fries. I thing would only say, in the delivery, staple the bag shut and put a red five guys sticker on it. I want to make sure no fries slip out.

I love love their French fries so good! Perfectly crispy outside and soft on the inside.The burgers came with two Patties and huge. Delicious, but I could only finish half. Fantastic customer service!

It's a mall food court it's normally got the space but it's busy as the mall is. Foods solid fresh fries always a boon.

We rarely eat at these burger places but we were stuck in the Mall on a rainy Saturday and we tried it. All I can say very delicious burgers and fries but GREASE galore. We do not eat a lot of greasy fried foods and this was up there on the grease scale. Especially the French fries. It was a bit pricy for two adults and two kids. 40 bucks and we didn't even get drinks! Wow! Post pandemic dining out has gotten very expensive. Really not worth it beyond the convenience.

I have eaten here a handful of times and each time has been disgusting and the customer service poor. The last time I requested a cup of water and when I took a sip it tasted like hand sanitizer. I returned the drink to the cashier and explained to her what the issue was and she acted as if she suddenly could no longer speak English. Today, I returned to Five Guys at the mall after a long hiatus. I ordered a burger and a cup of water. The same thing; the water tasted like a cleaning agent of some sort. I returned the water and then had to purchase a bottle of water. I tried to explain the issue to the cashier and again this individual pretended not to understand what I was saying. She did nothing to fix the water issue and did not tell her manager who was making food. I will never eat here again.
